Fantastic product and excellent service The fall alarm arrived within 24 hours of ordering it It was very easy to set up and the test call was answered very quickly My Mum accidentally pressed the alarm on her watch and the staff were very understanding and made sure that Mum was OK Would recommend this to anybody It certainly gives piece of mind

Well so far so good The people I ve spoken to have been polite as I expected The package arrived on time I made the requested Test Call and that was received in an efficient manner Thank you The next Test Call I make will be from the furthest point in my house so that I m sure I will be safe The only thing I m a little disappointed with is the scruffy-looking strap around my wrist I had to cut it naturally as there was plenty of length to it but then it frayed so it doesn t look smart on my wrist

I initially called to cancel because I found the watch version too cumbersome for my wrist However whilst talking I asked if there was a smaller version I could wear around my neck and was told yes Instead of cancelling I took out a new contract on the smaller version which I can also wear on my wrist A refund is being arranged for the unused months of my previous contract I am so glad I made that call because I feel so much more comfortable wearing it now The person I conversed with was so friendly and helpful and I d like to thank her so much for her help and patience

Telecare give a good customer support They are quick to respond and are always very friendly even when mum presses the device by mistake It gives me peace of mind knowing that they are there just in case
