Thanks to Marine this was the first positive experience I ve had with a letting agency

My point of contact was Marine Signoret - she was fantastic In the 6 years I ve lived in London where I ve gone through many different letting agencies and agents she is easily the best person I ve ever dealt with She was always so quick to respond was extremely helpful kind and understanding And she really moved the referencing process along quickly Thanks to Marine this was the first positive experience I ve had with a letting agency

Carl was very quick to assist with us contacting our landlord with an ongoing issue with our plumbing He was very patient listening to my concerns and was extremely responsive He was able to promptly fix our issue and we are very grateful for his compassion

Praise and thanks for a job well done

As a distant landlord I was left in an unacceptable situation before and over the Christmas and New Year period I had requested an on-site meeting for a specific date in the second week of the new year but nothing was organised and communication dried-up Ann Dickson who does not include my property in her own portfolio responded to my early new year appeal for help from Property Management and did a marvellous job of recovering the situation She liaised with a reluctant contractor our tenants and myself to organise a much-needed and valuable meeting on site that had looked a forlorn hope before Ann stepped-in I am very grateful and wanted to publicly recognise Ann s efforts She is a credit to her employer Thank you Ann

Professional caring and attention to tenants

I want to write about my wonderful experience with Niema After 4 years of dealing with another agency Niema from Chesterton took over the managing of our property and from the first phone call I was already surprised she called I was so impressed that I remember thanking her for being so professional and prompt in finding a solution to our situation Quite honestly I had lost all my trust in Agencies after my previous experience but I am now really hopeful Niema is proactive professional quick at problem solving and lovely to speak to After all of our interaction I felt heard I understood where the problem or delay was and I knew there was a plan going forward I could not praise her enough
