As a landlord

As a landlord this is my second consecutive tenancy via Chestertons I deal with Gary Noone Director Lettings in their Battersea office It s always a pleasure dealing with Gary and his team They re all efficient and supportive and understanding of client needs In particular I m always delighted to do business with Gary I m unsure if this is how Chestertons operates in all their offices however I ve had a very good experience of dealing with Gary and his team

Generally good - dealt with many people and departments all pretty helpful and responsive I was particularly impressed by Sarah Norton who helped and explained what I needed to go forward with the let EPC reports inventory etc Very helpful and swiftly done

The letting team at Chestertons has been great especially Jack who has gone out of his way to help to let our flat and provided much valuable advice along the way

We had a quite good experience with Chestertons who found us the home we ended up buying in London While not perfect -- they could have been more informative here and there and you have to look through the usual real estate optimism -- they were still responsive helpful and most importantly HONEST Would happily use again

Chestertons for tenancy management

I have used Chestertons for finding tenants for my property and managing the tenancy and property maintenance issues They have served me well for a number of years They always acted well particularly with end of tenancy matters and timely action to find new tenants They have also been able to deal with new tenants snag list in a reasonable manner I have always been allocated a dedicated property manager manager My current manager Shakil Khan has been able to handle a number of maintenance issues involving several suppliers to my satisfaction The other benefit of using Chestertons is that they have a number of staff who can quickly step in to cover leave absences etc for the dedicated team

James Pendleton let my property for 16 years the renewal and change of tenant processes were always very straight forward and Zosia in particlar was very helpful Rent was always turned around and in my account within 24 hours curtesy of Hana

Great service from mrs Sagit Gavish Hampstead We came in on a monday late afternoon just before closing time asking for flats in the area and had only Tuesday for viewings We got great service from mrs Sagit Gavish showing 4 good flats and a lot of nice extra information for our daughter Finally we signed one flat in Notting Hill

I have been using chestertons for a while and they really have shown so much care and attention in helping to find the right property for me They are a great team and unlike other estate agents talk to each other in different offices They are helpful and really lovely to deal with

Happy tenancy in SW London

We rented our flat in South West London from Chestertons and the management of the property was as good as you can expect The property manager was not particularly friendly but she arranged reparations when needed and she was available via email or phone At the end of the tenancy we left the flat in good condition and we got our deposit back No highlights but no complaints either
