As a landlord this is my second consecutive tenancy via Chestertons I deal with Gary Noone Director Lettings in their Battersea office It s always a pleasure dealing with Gary and his team They re all efficient and supportive and understanding of client needs In particular I m always delighted to do business with Gary I m unsure if this is how Chestertons operates in all their offices however I ve had a very good experience of dealing with Gary and his team

Quite good home buying experience
We had a quite good experience with Chestertons who found us the home we ended up buying in London While not perfect -- they could have been more informative here and there and you have to look through the usual real estate optimism -- they were still responsive helpful and most importantly HONEST Would happily use again

Chestertons for tenancy management
I have used Chestertons for finding tenants for my property and managing the tenancy and property maintenance issues They have served me well for a number of years They always acted well particularly with end of tenancy matters and timely action to find new tenants They have also been able to deal with new tenants snag list in a reasonable manner I have always been allocated a dedicated property manager manager My current manager Shakil Khan has been able to handle a number of maintenance issues involving several suppliers to my satisfaction The other benefit of using Chestertons is that they have a number of staff who can quickly step in to cover leave absences etc for the dedicated team

Happy tenancy in SW London
We rented our flat in South West London from Chestertons and the management of the property was as good as you can expect The property manager was not particularly friendly but she arranged reparations when needed and she was available via email or phone At the end of the tenancy we left the flat in good condition and we got our deposit back No highlights but no complaints either
