i am a tenant in one of the properties managed by chestertons in London They are the worst when i comes to providing service to the tenant or helping tenants cordinate with landlords even minor repair works which are urgent and impact the living conditions in flats managed by them takes months not weeks Extremely unhappy with them and their office in Isle of dogs and would ensure neither I nor anyone i know use them as agents in the future

Disappointing
We had a bad experience with Chestertons Chiswick Some staff were really rude and condescending Staff would keep ringing and texting us even when we told them we were abroad on annual holiday Tenants damaged our flat and when we complained to Chestertons they were completely dismissive Marketing our flat was handled in a very sloppy and unprofessional manner

Chestertons Parsons Green is probably
Chestertons Parsons Green is probably the worst agency we ve ever had to deal with Please avoid renting with them completely irresponsible inefficient and mostly they are experts in saying NO to everything They tend to work on the side of the Landlord and not of the tenant even when paying premium rents They believe the client is only the landlord forgetting who is letting It is clear that the negotiation skills are driven with preference Last they never own their mistakes

Furniture in contract not in flat
We moved into a property in the area and it was a complete shambles After speaking to George Porter at Chestertons we were assured it would be fully furnished but when we arrived furniture promised in the flat such as a sofa was simply not there when we arrived due to previous tenants taking it with them We were offered a small compensation amount and when we spoke to Hannah Al-Sayyah Marla and explained it did not simply cover the costs she threatened to hold the money they offered AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I am acting on behalf of landlord in West London and
I am landlord agent in West London and Chestertons have repeatedly not told the whole facts when letting the property They have twice blamed the tenant or the relocation agent and claim not to know the full facts Their associates also discuss other Landlords properties and divulge private and confidential matters with others I have taken my business from them and stopped dealing with Chestertons I have banned them from my property Their Director has been informed about my intention to write the review

Katherine is awful
I waited for the agent named Katherine to come with a client today at 09 30AM to see the flat that i am currently staying The day before I asked her to RECONFIRM the viewing because sometimes people cancel last minute 1 She did not call me to reconfirm the viewing 2 She was 20 minutes late for viewing and of course I thought it was cancelled 3 The BIGGEST problem She didn t even ring the doorbell to allow entry into the apartment She just opened the door with the keys and I woke up with her in the flat and a man the customer I was undressed and I am also 9 months pregnant Disappointing
