Amanda Goodman from Chestertons has been a great help all through my tenancy swap process Even though the process became tiresome due to various reasons out of our control she kept her calm She explained everything to me clearly even after me calling her like 10 times in a day We were finally able to finish the swap and all thanks to Amanda for being on top of everything

Professional property managers for tenants

We rented in SW London for three years We were initially managed by James Pendleton Balham who then incorporated into Chestersons in Summer 2024 Our property manager was James Smith Sharon dealt with our renewals Throughout our tenancy they were nothing but professional prompt kind and efficient Problems were addressed quicky and communication was never a problem It s obvious that they work extremely hard and balance a huge amount on their plates while keeping up a polite and friendly front During a complex time Gary Noone was in charge of our case and he was efficient approachable and fair I would like to deduct stars for Gianluca but I don t want to take away from the work of the others mentioned above We made a complaint due to his conduct It was in stark contrast to any service we had received from the office prior to that I am not sure if he remains with the company

Short let - responsive service

Michell Vasquez managed letting our property for a short let She was incredibly responsive to our questions and requests She pulled out all the stops to ensure a number of repairs were made and a cleaner was found last minute whilst a tenant was in the process of vacating and whilst we were up against a deadline due to selling the property

As an overseas landlady with a fully managed property in dynamic SW6 LONDON I find it critical to work with an estate agent that employs the best people Well I feel like I have won the lottery with Chestertons and Richard Parkins in particular Richard is an excellent property manager and in my opinion an excellent ambassador for Chestertons Richard is responsive professional considerate bright a quick thinker and ALWAYS willing to go the extra mile for me and think out of the box He is the best property manager I have worked with in My 20 years of being an overseas landlady and I think he is a great asset for Chestertons
