Unbelievably awful customer service
Unbelievably awful customer service I made a large order for clothes for my kids Despite them saying the items had been delivered I never received them I spoke to three different people there on three consecutive days each telling me there was nothing they can do I asked for a reshipment or refund and they said no so now I ve lost all this money on items I never got Shocking DO NOT shop at Children s Place

I ordered my kid s their summer clothes about a few weeks ago Paid in full for everything over 100 dollars well now they haven t shipped my stuff they took extra money out of my account 2 charges and I m not getting my stuff I like going into children s place but because Of this corona virus I had to order online Not a pleasant experience very disappointed

Children place has the worst customer
Children place has the worst customer service If you place an order and made any errors in doing so they cannot be corrected Even if they are done immediately They refer all errors to shipping company and don t ask for a refund even though you never get you merchandise You will always get a person in another country who s trying to speak English

No tracking and misleading arrival date
My grandson s birthday is coming up and I wanted to order his school uniforms offline and he receive them before his birthday Online it showed it will be delivered Nov 8 2023 but when I clicked on tracking it never showed where the package was but only showed it still processing So I called Customer Service and waited for over 30 mins The agent told me the order was placed on Nov 2nd and it will not be delivered until Nov 16th What a way to disappoint his birthday I wanted it cancelled and she advised she could not cancel because it was already in route So why can t I see what you see This is so awful I will get with my bank and cancel and reorder somewhere else Be aware of this if it takes more than 3 days to show you a tracking but only a false date to deliver

I will stick with Amazon or Walmart
Ordered things online thinking I could return in store - nothing fit Go to store can t return bc they are closing Now stuck with clothes that don t for be too expensive to ship back Also their automated system is awful Guess I will stick with Amazon and Walmart - reason why these 2 turn a profit and others go bankrupt - it s called customer service and convenience

I ordered 115 worth of clothes for my children 4501793380 Says the items were received and it was not I filled 2 claims with shipping company Lasertrack who did not respond only automated email I filled 2 claims with the children s place and there was no response except an automated email I attempted to call the children s place multiple times but the call volume was too high and to try again later and disconnected call I continued to try Finally I get through with Jade PR3952425 who reported it was delivered and there was nothing they could do And to contact the shipping company who reports to contact seller Children s Place via automated message as leadership will NOT take phone calls DO NOT ORDER you will waste money and time chasing a package that will NEVER arrive Poor customer service and NO assistance

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service They sent my order in 2 different packages I receive the first one but the second one I never received It states it was delivered USPS was really no help either Children s Place keeps giving me automated responses and nobody picks up their customer service line I went into the store also no help I have contacted customer service 4x now getting the same exact automated response Will never order with them again

Lousy customer serviceOrdered my grandson s school clothes online and took advantage of the discount when opening a new card I got the card in the mail a few days later and the first statement a few days after that but did not notice that the account number on the card did not match the one on the statement I never received a card for the 2nd account and now I have a credit balance on the account I have the card for and a past due balance on the account I never received a card for

The worst children s store
This is probably the worst children s store ever I m surprised they re still in business honestly When you order online it takes forever to actually get your package They don t give you tracking updates unless you want to pay an extra 20 for expedited shipping In store isn t much better as they re usually out of everything the stores are a mess and their boys clothing is so ugly Don t waste your time or money just go to old navy target or carters Amazon would actually be better than the children s place

They do not respond to emails and never answer calls either the system hangs up on you If you want a refund due to it not being delivered you have to dispute it with your bank DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
