Recently purchased the 3300 lumen cree Although I have only used it once the build quality on the mount and light appears very good The light coverage and brightness from my initial use also seems very good Paul and the team have provided great customer service and responded quickly to queries

Fantastic company

Absolutely amazing service from Paul I bought a cree cycle lamp from Chilli a few years ago and lost the bracket recently Within minutes of receiving my email Paul was back to me saying that he d found me a replacement which was duly posted out very quickly Great company great products and service Highly recommended

Received very next day

Ordered the rear view camera light and paid the extra 3 next day delivery option which it duly was the very next day So far so good and seems to be working but not yet ventured out on the bike with it It doesn t have Wi-Fi or an app and relies on plugging the SD card into the laptop which is fine Just remember to make sure your SD card is formatted before using as it won t record if you don t Picture quality is excellent it s solid enough although cover for SE card feels slightly flimsy but hopefully will stay closed and prevent water accessing it Hopefully motorists will notice the cam if they get too close and realise they are being filmed so will act as a deterrent I am really surprised there are not more of these types of gadgets on the market

The Chilli Bullet camera is a brilliant

The Chilli Bullet camera is a brilliant piece of kit which I use on my bike However the on off button became unresponsive a condition I reported to Chilli A very pleasant lady Lisa responded asked me to return my camera for repair or replacement I returned it and Lisa messaged to say a replacement was on it s way to me no quibble or argument A few days later a replacement was received I can t thank the company enough for their excellent customer service and fantastic product

Lost end cap off Chilli Tech

Lost the end cap off my Chilli Tech Camera Contacted Chilli Tech asking if they sell replacements Paid for the postage and 2 were sent to me following day Amazing service Thanks Chilli Tech

Great Customer Service

Great Customer Service So far so good wanted too order 3 set s of Cree 2400 and Cree Helmet Capsule s which wasn t directly an option on the website spoke to Paul over Facebook messenger and his response time and help was fantastic Sorted out a separate invoice for me for everything I wanted too order and upgraded the batteries on the capsule and is sending out right away for me I have had a better more personal service in the hour or so of dealing with Chilli Tech than I have in years dealing with larger companies Can t wait too test the lights out when they arrive

Exceptional Customer Service

You can tell a lot about a company when something goes wrong and today I experienced what can only be described as exceptional levels of customer service My device - which for the record is awesome stopped allowing me to switch in between functions To put this into context I commute in all weathers and only tend to take the lights off for charging so no major surprise that things went wrong I thought I would contact Chilli Tech to see what could be done and although the device was out of warranty 3 years Chilli arranged to supply a severely discounted replacement Totally unexpected although very very much appreciated Awesome Would recommend these devices to anybody looking for an affordable light that compares favourably with the more expensive brands

Ordered my new bullet camera two days ago Forgot to order the out front mount so emailed Paul from Chilli and he responded immediately and added the mount to the order Next day it was delivered through my door Excellent customer service Thanks very much Paul and the team

Ordered a 2400 lumens bike light and helmet torch package following some quickly responded to queries on messenger The product is quality made of robust material and an ideal size for the purpose The light emitted is ideal for cycling and especially night time forest mountain biking You don t need more than this I experienced great customer service for a small connection issue which was researched and resolved by full product swap out including solution A customer can t expect any more than this Would buy their products again and will continue to recommend to others
