Worst service This horroble company should provide support for health If you have an emergency you will die Absolute worst service It will never allow you to login into your account Every three months you ate obliged to change password If you forget it and try resetting it it just says Sorry we cannot log you in at this time even though you verify everything This happens every single time I wish some would sue these monsters All they want is your money

The World s Worst Customer Service
There is no company in the world that has worse service than Cigna I have spent a total of ten hours so far concerning a claim that is 100 covered by my plan and have been given the run around for nearly three months Every time I call I get a different story that contradicts what another Cigna representative says They have laughed at me and insulted me When I ask to speakj to a supervisor they tell me there is no supervisor This company should be immediately put out of business for the way it rips honest people off

cigna is a scam no one is ever available and they set you up with doctors online that don t even show up and this is after you have paid a co-pay and then you connect with customer service and they just tell you to reschedule what a joke

Buyer Beware
Was unable to post without giving a star and zero was not an option otherwise it would be a HUGE ZERO Unbelievably horrible experience I as told 2 different things by customer service neither of which followed through Cancelled my policy due to their misleading information and have yet to get my refund I highly recommend if you are looking for ANY kind of insurance look elsewhere because honest and great customer service is NOT Cigna s top priority if it is one at all

Hard to reach a real human
It is very hard to reach a real human being past the robot The robot does not understand my specific question concern and it gives very generic answers which I can find it myself in their website Even when I reach a person in the customer service I couldn t understand them clearly and they also give generic answers The In-network care givers list in Cigna website is out-of-date So one has to always call Cigna and verify whether the provider is still in-network or not When we call we are being tested for our patience A sick person who is in need of medical help shouldn t have to go through this ordeal

They tell that the claims will be paid within 4-5 working days but I have been waiting for 5 weeks now nothing has happened I already wrote to them several times no answer Poor service and unkindly too Won t extend this policy at no cost and wouldn t recommend it Be careful

In 2023 my wife and I had Cigna Dental insurance Absolutely horrendous company to do business with They constantly look to deny and if that doesn t fly they will absolutely nickel and dime The dentist Cigna preferred has actually withdrawn from accepting any Cigna dental insurance in 2024 Worst of the worst and frequently give incomplete and or inaccurate information Best advise I can give - pick another company- they are truly awful

Claim disputeI put in for a claim dispute in April of 23 Dr Cubillas charged me twice for the same tests and sent my test out of network without informing me I have spent over 60 hours on the phone with Cigna with no solution I am on hold again for over an hour right now while I am at work I have spoken with 3 supervisors to get this cleared up Every single one has said they will call or email Nothing has happened The customer service agents are no help
