This is just a review of the ordering process and price With my insurance of VSP I ordered a pair of 200-ish prescription glasses with a 20 percent discount which was a fair price based on having glasses for 20 years I ordered and requested they reach out to my target eye doc to get the prescription since target optical would not email it to me It they don t receive it within a few days they will cancel order The glasses arrived about a week after I ordered them - faster than expected They fit well and appear to be the correct prescription Now the receipt in the box stated this for return - Please note any returns must be received within 30 days from the shipping date of your purchase My thought is while other retailers will offer extended warranty plans for a price to the consumer or stand by their product for much longer why can t Eyeconic Maybe a short window of return is common for the online eye industry Anywhoo I m over all pleased with the ordering process and fast shipping I feel like I received exactly what I ordered With this kind of service there are usually people who care about the their customer
