Working with Rachel at Citywide Home Loan was excellent I am a first time home buyer and I had a lot of concerns regarding getting a loan I read a few reviews online with different companies and read some horror stories With Rachel that wasn t the case at all She was very knowledgeable and professional She took the time to explain to me the whole process Rachel got me prequalified just to make sure I wouldn t be wasting my time looking for homes that are over my budget My application process was straight forward and hassle free If you do your part by providing all the necessary documents needed you can assure that Rachel does her part to get things done right on time My closing date was right on with the anticipated schedule Communicating with Rachel was excellent she was prompt with her responses and she was willing to make phone calls for me to the home insurance company to make sure things are done right
