My 1 star is because im very tired to pass my days to complete kyc For site closeoption my email is different than this i booked in trustpilot but im a real customer since 6 years and before that 1 week ago i had no problems Before it was ok with only documents and then when i won my last contest of 200 and i tried to withdraw they started with a lot of verification steps and i dont like it After selfie with my proof of identity in my hand now they ask me skype calling and no site which i know asked me so too many long passes for kyc and im so anger Bye bye closeoption i closed my account but in this 6 years i won more than 800 between contests and real trades

As long as you re losing you ll be treated like a Customer the moment you start making Money from their Platform they will start asking alot of VerificationFirst I completed the Skype verification where they see my id card and myself on skype call and I already pass this verification step and than after few months they ask for Selfie Verification as soon as I put withdrawal and also the last withdrawal they process took 3 weeks to complete the withdrawal now they banned my account Just another Scam Binary Broker Stay Away If you want evidence can contact me I ll Provide and I ll also report then to FTC and Other US Govt Agency to Block them atleast in USA as they are not regulated I also got their location and some stuffs will Sue them for sure Update 1 - Now they claim my account is blocked for providing fake documents i think Closeoption com had accepted the document at first and also successfully processed my skype verification now you ll justify telling i also made fake person who completed the skype verification LOL and regarding the Contest account Let me tell you things there is nothing more to do on Closeoption lower payout rates out of dated trading environments if someone wants to trade in real account they will trade other brokers and you guys are the only one who advertise to join contests and lure the Fellow Americans to rob their money and even if your company is genuine kindly reply to e-mails rather than giving unjustified reasons Running paid review campaigns won t make your business grow be genuine to your customers that s what it takes Interesting Fact - They banned my account on the day i deposited 50 and tried to withdraw my last winnings and they even took 3 weeks to process my withdrawal which they claim they process in 3 days Don t Worry Closeoption I ll expose every bit and pieces of your company in my Youtube VideoSTAY AWAY

I do not recommend trusting Close Option with your hard earned money

I ve been trading on close option since 2021 Started trading on my live account with 50- 100 Took very small 5 minute trades with 1- 5 and kept an almost consistent win rate of about 70 I admittedly blew the account several times that s all on me I am an honest trader No system so robots or anything of the sort I trade purely with my own back tested strategy Starting this year February 2023 I began implementing a new strategy and achieved a consistent win rate above 92 I got comfortable depositing larger amounts of money and placing larger positions still doing 5 minute trades by the way Bitcoin withdrawals were going good 3 or 4 withdrawals in 4 weeks Made a request to withdraw via bitcoin on March 9 The request was rejected I figured maybe it was a mistake so I requested again Again the withdrawal was rejected rejected an additional times after the second request I contacted support to inquire and they say my account is under review I then submit a ticket asking what s the reason for my account being under review and they did not reply After this they ask for further verification which I obliged Once they reviewed my documents they forced me to withdraw via wire transfer I ve now been waiting over 21 days for my balance to transfer to my checking account and NOTHING Today s date is May 2 2023 I ve even called my bank to have them check for any incoming wire transfers and nothing was found Something immoral is going on with this company and I encourage the company to try to deny any part of my statement I have documented proof of every single word in this statement Do not trust this company with your money They may try to deny that I have an account because of the name I am posting under to protect my identity from the public but I assure you the company knows exactly who I am Thank you for reading

Please stay way from this broker they start playing game when you make money as long as you lose money No issues but when you make money withdrawal problem stay from this broker guys

The Expectations were very High but they failed my expectations Closeoption is just another Broker you can t trust Here is My Experience I ve been trading on Closeoption for last 2 years and started joining their Weekly Contest and I won in the contest at first they withdraw my money and asked for Skype verification as an additional verification where i had to show my id on video call I got approved after this 6 weeks later they asked for Selfie verification where I uploaded my selfie They kept me in Dark and when I contacted the Chat support they said you re approved but when i put Withdrawal request they banned my account saying I provided false and invalid identity document So how you approved my Skype verification So i had 200 in my account which should be withdrawn as this is unfairEdit - They are still Giving Shi ty Reasons and I ve all the proof of their own employee first accepting my Identity Proof and then they banned my account scammers

Horrible experience They entice you with free welcome bonus and when you try and verified they screw you I have submitted my passport like 10 times now and every time they reject for dumber and dumber reasons not high quality submit another picture take selfie with passport please upload another form of ID Are they blind or something how hard is it look verify a passport I think they sold my passport and picture on the black market with the amount of pictures I took Thank god I didn t deposit
