HORRIBLE
HORRIBLE Never received the items ordered even though they took my money No personal response to numerous emails sent just a form response I have filed a FRAUD claim with PayPal and disputed the charges with my bank DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE THIEVES

Appears I ve Been Scammed Buyer Beware
I DID check here first but at the time there were only 2 reviews one good and one bad - so I took a chance MISTAKE Just like another responder my card was charged but no product ever delivered and then FRAUDULENT activity on my card Coincidence I doubt it Had the card for years with no problem How are sites like these not shut down If I set up a fraudulent site I d be in jail in a week or two

Scam I ordered almost 2 weeks ago says it was shipped but never received and that same day my card got hit with almost 400 of an order I did not authorize

I ordered a product in November and received a tracking number The product took over a month to leave China The tracking says I received the product but I have not I reached out to Cloudycustom and have received no reply They certainly seem to be a scam company

This company has NO contact but email and they don t respond to emails
I placed an ordered in November and still have not received it I have emailed the company at least 15 times with NO RESPONSE I guess this is why they don t have a phone number cause they don t have to answer emails
