Failed Service
My Mother is over 80 Years old Over the past year she has missed numerous hospital appointments and other appointments Mum has had to call to find out the eta of the driver up to 3 times on each occasion only to be told - the driver is on the way the driver is outside- when she goes out side there is no one there we have no drivers despite booking in advance Money is often taken off my Mums swipe card even when the driver has not turned up or the driver has has decided to turn up when my mother has had to resort to trying to take the bus to her appointment When trying to call the ComCab Service there is often either no answer or you are left in a long que endlessly Surely this is not the service that should be expected Why does ComCab allow this to carry on Today my Mum had to take the bus to an eye appt with blurred vision Do Better

My mum is in a wheelchair
My mum is in a wheelchair hoisted for all transfers so unable to get out unless taken in a taxi that can take a person in a wheelchair Twice now she has been let down by ComCab left stranded even though the taxi was booked the day before there and back I was shocked when told the drivers are self employed and they are saying they won t go back out to help a stranded old lady who has had a stroke A nice trip out for lunch turned into a nightmare This service is absolutely unreliable and I can t think of anything worse to say that I can put on a public review I will be tracking down the director who manages this poor service and give him her a peace of my mind You would think a lunch out with your family would be easy but NO it is not seems that you are doomed to misery if you can t get out on your own I m discussed

ComCab Liverpool
I ordered a black cab on the app with an hours notice- booking was accepted I called when they were 5 minutes late and they said they were trying to allocate a driver operator was polite At 15 minutes late I got a text telling me they were very busy and that I could cancel so I cancelled It was the first time I used the company and it was a bit disappointing

Taxi no show with an advance booking
Booked a taxi an hour in advance through the app the booking was confirmed and money taken as pending to secure the booking The booking time came and went no correspondence through the app or on the number attached to the account I phoned the operator who advised that no estimated time could be provided until a taxi was in the area Our booking was from a hotel that can only be accessed by a vehicle so we really needed the taxi Had they informed us when we booked we could have secured another taxi from a different company for our preferred time

Comcab are pathetic
Comcab are pathetic Even with booking a taxi in advance they never show up When they finally do show up the drivers are rude and think they can show little to no respect for the client Will not be using again- giant waste of money- they will soon be run out by Uber anyway

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - booked a taxi the night before for a wedding the following day Taxi due at 13 40 - still not arrived 10 minutes later Rang the company and explained that I had booked it operator said it doesn t matter still trying to allocate a taxi No apology or anything he wasn t interested Had to cancel and managed to get an UBER - absolutely superb service you might pay more but they turn up Absolutely shocking company and will never use again and will tell everyone else not to as well

Appalling service
Appalling service it highlights the discrimination against disabled people when they don t have drivers to take the jobs Nearly two hours in central London with two young children Cans are available and plentiful for everyone else but com cab cannot locate a driver We just took an Uber in the end and I will be complaining to my local council about this scheme Either have the cabs available for disabled passengers or scrap the scheme but don t pretend and take us for fools whilst someone is making a profit on the contract

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE Left a 90yo wheel chair bound army veteran stranded at a restaurant despite prebooking in advance Waited over 2 hours One cab driver saw wheelchair and said he didn t have time Ended up pushing wheelchair and buses to get back home Do not use them
