Move-in issue

I was having an issue with my move-in date I was not going to be able to come in on time to grab my keys I spoke to Kaye and she was extremely helpful She understood my situation and went above and beyond to help She kept me up to date with emails The following day she gave me a call first thing in the morning to tell me that everything was settled I appreciate the quick turnaround and I love that my concerns were addressed in a timely manner Thank you Common and thank you Kaye

Leasing process with Common

I had just signed my lease and had a great experience working with Zack and the rest of the leasing team during this process I was trying to decide between a few Common properties that were within my desired area and he was very accommodative sending me information about the different options and answering my questions Overall I had a very good experience throughout the leasing process - from the first virtual tour all the way through signing I m really excited about moving into my new home soon Here s hoping the members support team is as great as the leasing team

Fabiola at Common National Landing is an amazing specialist She has helped me so much with my move and transition from Boston Massachusetts to Virginia I appreciate her and the rest of the staff for creating a comfortable space and helping me make Virgina my new home

COMMONS comes through responding to a question regarding my lease

Asked to have my lease sent to me and asked to have Commons articulate when the 6-weeks rent free would kick-in and i was sent same-day an email with my lease attached as well as a few sentences explaining how the 6-weeks rent free would be executed On this particular occasion Commons came through with exactly what I needed in a time efficient manner

Great Changes

Mrs Steinert was very patient and understanding she made me feel like my concerns were valid All in all great staff very transparent as long as you communicate

I had a virtual tour with Leah for several Brooklyn properties back in November with Common The entire process was very streamlined and simple and I am so excited to be moving back to the city next weekend Leah was great to work with and was very helpful and communicative with all the questions I had Although I have not yet moved in my experience with Common so far has been so much easier than my previous experiences with independent real estate agents
