Very good service and helpful

I wear hearing aids with RIC receivers which were supplied without retainers or tails as they are sometimes known I have had problems with them coming out of alignment in my ears so Zi looked online for suitable retainers I found the sort I needed on Connevans website and also detailed fitting instructions Now I have no problems with them The items were a good price and arrived promptly

I had not heard of Connevans before but wanted to buy some Pillow speakers and did an internet search I was pleasantly surprised by the items Connevans sell the quality and pricing I ended up buying other products for myself and a family member They were delivered in reasonable time they are great quality and I find the pillow speakers are really good Connevans kept me fully informed about what was happening and when All in all I am really pleased with my purchases and I know where to look in future for specialised products

I can t hear conventional alarm clocks and the vibrating one I bought from Connevans is ideal Put it under the pillow and it wakes me up with a gentle vibration The light and claxon function are a step too far as yet Great company and service

Excellent service However value for money is very poor ConnectClip is extremely expensive for what it offers me And it won t reconnect without resetting the Bluetooth every time I log in to pc I didn t need a portable microphone so I paid for something I didn t need Connevans need to sell just the booster for the Bluetooth to connect between connectClip and hearing aids Better still get customers to pay and link it to an apple account or something similar You will only need to charge a very small amount a month and put better Bluetooth in the hearing aid Leaving it weak so people have to buy a booster is unfair when the technology is available I d rather be able to link my app on phone to my pc
