What a rip off bought a dishwasher
What a rip off bought a dishwasher refrigerator stove and microwave from these folks and a five year warranty Now not even 3 years later the seal in my dishwasher is broken and they tried to tell me I purchased a warranty only for the refrigerator ridiculous Customer Service can care less Save yourself a lot of heart ache I know for the most part folks buy from here because you are in a situation that you have to take a personal loan or find another way t to head people are thieves

Worst buying experience ever
I would rate Conns as their name suggests Bought a defective mattress went thru their difficult process of talking to 8 different people from 5 different countries and multiple different departments to finally get an exchange approved Mind you we paid in full nearly 2 weeks ago Got a defective mattress that was not even sleepable Finally get approval Call the store to arrange the new replacement and the sales Manger Julio in Good Year AZ told me to F off and find a different store to get replacement mattress from How s that for customer service Don t buy from Conns

Bought a sofa and king size bed
Bought a sofa and king size bed Furniture was delivered in 2 days but during delivery the furniture was really damaged plus the wall was damaged during installation I opened an incident report that same day it s been 6 months but nothing was resolved I contacted Conns alot of times but nothing was resolved Wouldn t ever buy from Conns AGAIN TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

It s a Ripoff
This company is a Ripoff While there may be decent people working there Terrible business practices to the point of being predatory They do not inform you that the 12 months of no interest is ending or even that the automated payments are ending They state that this is the customer s responsibility Then they hit you with late fees and notify the credit bureaus that you re delinquent All this when you re doing everything right and thinking there are automated payments going out

Stay away My elderly Mother was in search of a new couch with soft curved arms for napping comfort We walked into Conns in Jacksonville Fl and found the perfect couch But the sales lady input the wrong product number and the next day the wrong square armed couch was delivered She was home alone and was encouraged by the 2 delivery persons to leave it wrapped up When I returned home I realized it was the incorrect item it is still factory wrapped I immediately called to have it exchanged but was informed we are stuck with it They made several mistakes that they are unwilling to correct I would never do business with them again

Terrible product and service
Terrible product and service Bought a Bedframe that after assembling by Conns is unstable and making these high noises with just the smallest turn in bed - and all they have to say is that it is up to manufactor standards and noises is not covered by terms and conditions Spend over 7 Hours on the customer service and everytime one of the customer service people get tired of speaking with me - they put me on hold and transfer me to another department Have been promised to get a call from a manager several times but no call Do not buy anything from them

Conn s Does Not Honor Warranty I and my father purchased a large lift
I and my father purchased a large lift recliner on which we purchased a warranty through Conn s The chair recently stopped fully reclining so we called for repair under the warranty Conn s sent out a service person who examined the chair and told us that he d order a part and we d be contacted to schedule its installation We got an email about a repair man calling to schedule however right after that we got an email telling us the claim was denied as the chair was in working order I called thinking it a clerical mistake but learned that the denial was intentional This was a blatant refusal to honor their warranty I also made a complaint through the Better Business Bureau

What a horrible experience
What a horrible experience I purchased a sofa from them the frame broke within 3 months of my purchase and I m still making payments on it with the outrageous interest rate that I was unaware of that I was paying I still haven t even paid down for the amount of just the sofa so I m stuck paying for a piece of furniture that I m unhappy with BEWARE THEY SELL LOW QUALITY GARAGE

Horrible experience
Horrible experience I have reported conns twice They continue to harrass and call 10 times a day I talk to 1 representative they do not document anything I pay every week it is ridiculous I don t get paid every week and I am dishing money in hopes that it is resolved Nothing is resolved they make up their own amounts and do not report any thing to the website Do not purchase anything from conns they will harrass you daily even if you don t have the money And they don t properly report it to credit It shows not updated amounts I will be reporting these people again for harrasment
