It is much more easier to move the CV you get a better and faster response that if you send the CV using another platform and the people is really honest and that is nice Also the companies that uses cord are really good companies to work with

A very different approach to online recruitment where it is much easier to get in touch without an agent in the way Also takes away some of the fire and forget which goes hand-in-hand when applying for roles on other online job boards

For reasons I can t quite explain I get a lot of quality interactions via Cord whereas in comparison I get almost none on Otta or Hired So I m not sure what they are doing differently but whatever it is it s working

A much much more pleasant recruitment experience than using usual recruitment consultants Being able to talk to the recruitment team directly is brilliant You can actually have a useful conversation about the role directly at the start rather than being lied to and about by some consultant who views you like a piece of meat to be sold Highly recommend

You can filter jobs on the industry company size job role location remote hybrid in-office minimum-salary exclude jobs without salary and more The informal chat based approach to applying for jobs is great and makes it quicker to arrange interviews or ask questions to the person responsible for recruiting I really like cord and found it great for arranging multiple job interviews at the same time One minor gripe would be not as many larger companies use cord for recruitment Although there are some well known companies to apply for
