Horrible customer service all around FRAUD ALERT

I ordered 2 costumes on October 2nd and they promised a delivery by 10 15 They waited 2 weeks to even pull or ship my order and it arrived on November 2nd Their lack of communication is deplorable and they offered to refund my money but pay for the shipping which would be the price of the costumes that I ordered DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

They are boarder line on the scammer scale The costume took longer to ship than advertised THEN the costume didn t come close to matching what was in the pictures If quality even for 1 night is important to you don t buy If time is important don t buy from them

Nightmare DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM I paid for expedited shipping and after complaining that I didn t have my item they finally started the shipping process 3 weeks after taking my money I received the item 6 weeks after placing the order I asked them to refund the shipping and customer service has responded 3 times last time telling me the item is on the way Who s on first

Terrible Terrible Terrible I ordered a costume beginning of October for Halloween and didn t receive until the beginning of November I kindly asked for a refund and would ship the product back and they refused Takes forever to ship and then they can t make it right by the customer I do not recommend ordering from this company

This company is terrible I ordered a Halloween costume 15 days before Halloween and it arrived two days before Thanksgiving It is shipped from China but there is no warning regarding that Payment was only allowed with PayPal so I couldn t dispute it as PayPal took forever to take care of this and closed the dispute DO NOT USE THIS COSTUME COMPANY AS IT TAKES 5 WEEKS FOR YOUR DELIVERY

Description is total bogus

After a long wait I received a package from a return center The toy saxaphone was described as real looking I received a bad plastic toy of a very bad quality a little larger than my hand Almost impossible to return they make it tough enough so that you think it is really not worth

Not Worth the TIme

I placed an order on October 7th for a set of dragon wings for my cat I kept checking the updates with the tracking number I was provided but it was of no use The updates are so generic Package arrives at airport etc I finally emailed the company on November 17 to ask for a refund and I was told they were going to send me a replacement order They never did send a replacement but I was reimbursed for the order after I sent a third email on December 6 and posted a negative review here on December 7 While they were able to eventually refund my money I had to email them several times and in the end never received my order

I received a copy cat of the genuine costume i thought I was ordering Do not order from here I was puzzled when the order address from section on package said Joe doe and ny it s actually shipped from China What a scam The product was not what I thought I was getting this is a poorly constructed copy cat costumes Very disappointed
