This review is specifically for Gareth Astle a Mortgage Consultant based in Tamworth Being first time buyers during this pandemic has been daunting to say the least but Gareth walked us through the whole process effortlessly and nothing was too much trouble for him Even when our first offer fell through due to the bank asking for a higher deposit Gareth was happy to look around for a new lender which he managed to find at an even lower rate Through out the whole process he kept us informed about what was going on and he was quick to let us know if we needed to send in any documents to speed up the process To Gareth thank you soo much for your excellent service Continue the good work

We got told about countrywide when our

We got told about countrywide when our current mortgage advisor had failed to even get us an AIP we thought we weren t going to be able to get a house for months maybe years due to this and were really disheartened until we were referred to Chris Sanders at Countrywide within 48 hours he had an AIP for us above what we even thought we would get and has been on call for any questions or queries and there were a lot being first time buyers I could not recommend him any higher due to how comfortable we felt with him and how quickly he worked and now we have an offer accepted on a house when we d pretty much given up all hope
