DO NOT I repeat DO NOT make the same naive mistake that I made and deal with this incompetent company I ve had issues after issue since picking up my key Now they re expecting me to pay over 500 to get out of a lease that they are not upholding Absolute bunch of inadequate halfwits Wish there was a -5 option

Dealt with their agency in Clermont-l H rault whilst looking to purchase a property in the area and the poor comments posted here by others are echoed in my case Having repeatedly asked for property details to be sent to me so that I could organise visits in the area coming from London to do so surely a basic function for an estate agent I spent weeks chasing Cl ment the young airheaded sales exec and speaking to their office to no avail In the end I was fed a load of poor excuses and arrongantly dismissed because they are so busy The words I choose to describe them are lazy and unprofessional I d be fuming if I had chosen this agency to sell my property and knew how they dealt with enquiries Judging by what others have said this is a company with poor behaviours and a rotten culture

Awful customer service

Wow I came in here after having a bad experience with sales staff for lettings Rude no customer service at all They even gave me complaints number and e-mail as if they didn t really care So feel as no point of complaining as judging by all the comments both in hs is going to happen

Avoid at all costs

Toowoomba Office staff are rude argumentative openly hostile will use intimidation threats regularly When asking questions you can expect to be lied to harassed and essentially blackmailed into an agreement that won t help Century 21 won t bother to action on their end anyway Double check your invoices Everything is overcharged padded out Would never recommend

Be careful very underhanded dealings we paid 5 400 upfront for renting a house all references went through we had informed wasim that we had pets verbally and also written it in all documentation and we were told that was fine On the day we were supposed to receive the keys they breached their contract which had been signed in their office witnessed by Waqar and other members of staff and signed by the landlord and ourselves we did not get the keys and are still awaiting our money back We have had to pay for legal advice and now have to take the matter further Not trustworthy at all do not hand over money to these people

Enquired about a rental which was advertised as pets accepted phoned up sorry no pets accepted Passed through to another person he said the landlord would allow 1 cat but wouldn t check if he would accept 2 Very dismissive very rude felt like I was committing a crime or something by enquiring After the phone call the ad changed within 5 minutes and removed pets allowed Even though they said 1 would be allowed So they are robbing people with pets of opportunities not because landlords don t mind because they do This is discrimination Clearly the landlord is happy with pets but they don t want enquires or to allow people with pets to rent through them Felt like they were just making up stuff as they went alone Do better Be better If this is not it should be illegal

this company steer clear bad experience pushy all the way with only their own gain at heart really inexperienced staff id been with this company to sell my house 1 yr with nothing positive soon as i exchanched to the nxt company i d sold my house within a wk goes to show

Reading brunch So agent assume that previous tenants did not know how to use central heating well as he so is fair to not maintenance it just switch it on and be sure that property is in right condition for tenants and landlord As he said I m not engineer He inform us that everything is fine it s just tenants can t set it People who live in that flat before was an older couple with poor English so they betrayed their trust Now we 3th months during winter without help from them carrying the radiator from room to room Unprofessional low quality sad stain on company opinion In contract you got duty to maintenance the garden and take responsibility for all equipment which they do not check I ll believe it s a scam

Awful Arranged a viewing Called up the day before to check the viewing was still going ahead and was told that it was I arrived at the property waited over an hour calling the office It went straight to answering machine Next day no apologies - nothing Completely unprofessional and a waste of time Avoid at all costs
