This is a very misleading company They advertise pictures of items that are not even close to what the send They write details in small don t so you will oversea it They advertise customer satisfaction but refuse to accept a return The quality of what the do send is complete garbage compared to what they charge you for Not to mention they did not even send to the correct address and it took almost a month before they even shipped the item Extremely disappointed Don t use this company They should be shut down

If I could give this company a 0 I would I paid extra for express shipment for the blanket to arrive November 18 and The date is November 19 and I haven t even received a tracking number for the blanket Every time I email them about getting tracking number I get a response about how the shipping policy takes 17 days even after paying extra to get the blanket on said date Even at this current moment I still haven t received any tracking information When I purchased a blanket with express shipping the website stated it would arrive November 18 This company is a complete scam and completely unprofessional

I keep getting the same Alexander who will not refund my money I have been waiting for this order and the tracking doesn t give any information besides a label was created It has been at this status for weeks This was a Christmas gift for my daughter so I am pissed that I bought from a scam company DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY How can a company only have one employee Total BULL

This company is not legit Received curtains described as blackout thermal curtains By far not blackout or thermal Tried to return this is the response I received from customer service We re sorry to hear that you didn t like it but at this point we are forced to leave some of our reception workers off for a period as the recent Corona outbreak has reached a critical level Regards so we are sorry that we cannot accept the customer to return the product to avoid losing the goods I hope you will understand This is unacceptable for a legitimate company Very sketchy business BEWARE This was over 350 this company took me for Sad some companies can not be trusted

UGLY We ordered - Basketball Shape Pattern YW2201582CL Quilt Bed Set In the picture it looks like a teal blue When we received the product the chevron pattern has the teal blue we were expecting but the rest of what matches that color in the photo is an emerald or forest green It does not at all match the blue Their customer service department was not at all helpful Do not order from this company

The Stickiest Spam just for Browsing their Site

I put an item in my cart and some of my information name and email automatically filled when I clicked in the contact information boxes However I did not order the product and closed off the page I immediately began receiving multiple emails each day from Cozzyhomes about returning to their site and shopping with them I ve never been spammed before from browsing a site I have unsubscribed and still received two emails this afternoon In this day and age I was concerned that their products do not include any customer reviews at least the ones I was looking at This confirms my strange feeling about the company

I ordered some bedding and when I got it it was unbelievable The pattern was not even close to the picture on their website When I contacted Cozzyhomes the told me that it was delivered and if I had any other questions to contact their customer service dept I m out a lot of money and I m going to look everywhere to give them a bad review
