I never recieved the goods despite contacting the seller so I would never recommend

The necklace I bought in memory of my sister was supposed to be 925 SILVER BUT IT WAS NOT

I bought a necklace in memory of my sister it was supposed to 925 silver BUT IT S NOT so annoyed

Never got the item I ordered this as a Christmas present as my grandad died this year I never got the parcel just took the money I asked for them to send another one out and still haven t got that one Really disappointed as it was a gift that was suppose to be in memory of my grandad

Didn t receive two sentimental items i ordered and paid for and was made to believe i would receive before christmas if i collected the items but was told the seller was unwell but then saw the seller posting on social media offering to make gifts for others Seller also was replying then stopped responding and ignored me I had to send a message asking for a refund which i did receive but so close to christmas it didn t leave me with time to order replacement gifts so i was really upset as i have ordered lots from the seller in the past and i tag and share her page with family and friends so it was disappointing the way i was treated

Ordered a personalised bracelet Waited about a week and a half to get an email saying I was being refunded No explanation or nothing Was a present and was so disappointed as I needed it for the following week

Unfortunately I haven t had the best experience with crafted by K s I placed an order on the 10 12 2020 and it had only just arrived today 20 01 2021 I wasn t too fussed about this as I had seen on Instagram that she had took on a lot of work and is a one woman team but a little communication with the customers wouldn t be too hard I received my package in cow themed plastic packaging postal bag not the bright pink padded envelope I have seen on her Instagram there was no extra padding or protection in the packaging meaning my ornaments have now cracked and chipped with one hardly having glitter on now In the description of the product it says the wings are stainless steel when in fact it is more like a clay type material with the pictures being really hard to see and having to be reflecting a dark colour to get an okay view of the picture I am so disappointed as I was really excited for this package to arrive as I ve seen and heard so many good things I do think this is a one off and would still trust to buy again if these little mistakes were improved

I stated during correspondence on the day of purchase that I needed the gift within 10 days After 9 days I checked if it was on course and was told it hadn t been started yet and turnaround is 14-15 days It arrived after 18 days over a week after it was needed I was offered a refund but we re in Lockdown so there aren t any shops open to buy a suitable alternative gift Once it arrived the project was somewhat disappointing as well The pictures are barely visible and need to be held at the right angle to even have an idea what the picture might be trying to resemble I wouldn t recommend to a friend

Bought couple items bangles arrived on time and loved them I then placed an order for another bangle sent out bangle with wrong picture that I have already had said would replace this she had posted the bangle out and didn t receive so said she would re do and send another again did not receive the bangle that supposedly got done twice and both posted Had to get a refund which received straightaway which shows the bangle wasn t re done and sent out This was a gift so was upsetting to be lied to that it had been replaced and sent out not only one but twice Will not be ordering again Shame because the bangles are lovely

After waiting ages for my order told it was sent only to then find out it was never sent in the first place After I asked where my order was I got sent an apology and a refund No order
