Ordered a dog tag necklace After seeing this website on tiktok live Was stated that it came with a free keyring but then it changed to only orders placed on tiktok got this offer First order got lost not received Messaged and didn t get a reply Messaged again Lovely product but wouldn t order again

Understand it was a problem out of sellers reach but waited for my package for weeks and weeks to find out it kept getting lost etc Never got it but purchase was cancelled and still got my money back

Firstly I m not taking away from the bracelet itself as I think it s such a beautiful gift which I bought for my mum who s sister passed away However I was slightly disappointed after I messaged Katie to explain that I love the bracelet but the only thing I would say is that the engraving was closer to the right of the charm as apposed to it being central and that the writing on the back had collided slightly but explained that I still love the item Katie read my message and ignored it and was active on Instagram posting on her story So I wouldn t recommended the customer service side of it but for the price the gift is reasonable replying to your reply I understand your very busy however you read and ignored my message there s the issue Then continued to post on your Instagram story after I explained the way the image wasn t central Never mind

I was a bit disappointed with the size of it for how much it cost I expected it to be bigger more so the mould for a starter kit very disappointing sorry

Absolutely made up with the item but had to take the chain in to get clasp fixed I know it was only 10 but expected to last longer than a wk But great service just disappointed with item

I ordered a necklace i had to message a few times as no reply i didn t feel like they quality was great and was hard to make out the person s face Was a gift so was a bit gutted

I ordered the bangle from here when it arrived I was so happy with it However the only issue I ve had is that it doesn t fit my wrist at all I would say I have average size wrists and can t for the life of me even nearly get it on me So unfortunately it s still in the packaging it came in I will try to attach the charm to a different bracelet So maybe just be wary of that before ordering maybe KS could add the size of the bangle on the description so people can measure their wrists beforehand Apart from that it s really lovely made im just so sad I can t fit it

My chain and heart are beautiful but the only problem is the heart is always turning upside down so I don t know if it s the heart or the chain so it s looks like a plain heart and not one with the picture on

Communication wasn t great But items are lovly thanks
