Bought puzzle because my granddaughter

Bought puzzle because my granddaughter age 7 loves them There was a delivery issue totally my fault as the address was incomplete So My order was returned I contacted the company and long story short the were extremely sympathetic and helpful in resending my order with the correct address They also covered the shipping because I messed up in sending the funds for shipping Anna the customer service agent was wonderful The puzzles are well made and beautifully painted Thank you

Great customer service

I have received two orders from Crafthub The puzzles themselves are well crafted and a fun way to change up the way you do puzzles Each puzzle is crafted with the theme of the puzzle contains many unique and different shapes of the theme and almost every animal is smiling at you if you flip the jig or hold it up you can see the crafted designs and faces The customer service team has gone above and beyond to ensure that any issues with the first order were corrected I received new puzzles and appreciate the time and care taken by the Crafthub team to make sure I was completely satisfied with my experience

I have ordered twice from this company

I have ordered twice from this company a total of twelve puzzles all perfect and beautiful They are much trickier than they first appear to be I am giving them out everyone for Christmas

Beautiful well made puzzles

We ordered 5 puzzles They took 2 weeks to deliver which is normal but seems like a long time in these times of Amazon deliver today The puzzles were very well packaged in hard plastic cases There is a slight chemical smell but nothing unexpected or unusual The puzzles pieces are good quality the puzzles are challenging and beautiful once completed We have completed 4 5 of the puzzles and everything is perfect I am looking at ordering some more and highly recommend this product

Amazing jigsaw puzzle

My jigsaw puzzle arrived in a plastic box to avoid any damage in transit and I spent all afternoon making the jigsaw which looked amazing once it s finished Such an intricate beautiful piece of art vibrant colours and just beautiful The animal pieces make it so unique I love it

The lion king

I enjoyed receiving the puzzels One was for myself and the other is a gift Its a diffrent way of making a puzzel and that s why i also enjoyed it The finishing job is like a panting which makes it easy to use as picture on the wall which I will do

Lovely puzzles

Bought 2 puzzles for Christmas presents expecting them to come in the lovely box shown on the ad Unfortunately I hadn t realised that I needed to select the box so they came in plastic containers I contacted Customer Services who were very helpful in sorting it out for me The puzzles look lovely and are something a bit different for those who love jigsaws

Pretty puzzles and good customer service

Puzzels are packed in small plastic boxes so you can start putting them together straight away They are very pretty with quite small pieces The package arrived 3 weeks after ordering Reliable customer service I sent them an email and received an answer within 2 hours
