Pictures in ad is extremely deceiving I too ordered 4 puzzles No way would they be age appropriate for my 7 5 and three old mainly bc the pieces are extremely small Um doing the tree of life now and intimidated already

Package did show up not what I expected

I was so surprised the package did show up It took about a month you do not receive tracking info unless you email and ask for it the pieces are not shaped like jigsaw pieces They are adorable cut into little animal shapes However the puzzles are very difficult Definitely not for a child Some pieces aren t fully cut Too much work so I m going to donate them In my opinion I think the puzzles have more pieces than the website says

I ordered puzzles I live in New Zealand and did not receive an order confirmation I sent an email asking for a confirmation and instantly received an email It read that I should not send multiple messages or I would be put to the back of the queue This implies they are inundated with complaints Reading these reviews I am now worried and will contact my bank if I do not receive a response within 3 days I will make sure that I take it to the highest level to report a scam if I receive no response or a bad quality product Since posting the above I received a prompt response so will now change to two stars Hopefully will add more stars as things progress

The colors are great BUT these are very frustrating puzzles and very small compared to the advertisements The pieces fall apart when you try to arrange them Very few click together I won t buy anymore even though the picture and colors are great They need to make the pieces stay together and be truthful of the size

Why didn t I read the reviews Please don t waste your money They aren t even worth the advertised sale price They come in cheap crappy little boxes They aren t the lovely vibrant colourful puzzles you see advertised They are mass produced rubbish from China Definitely been scammed Don t fall for it This definitely isn t lovely little family run business from Canada as advertised

Really disappointed

Really disappointed - bought a handful of these as family kids Christmas presents and not only are the small A5 puzzles almost impossible looking with such tiny pieces you can hardly pick them up they are certainly not suitable for kids age 7 The colour and quality of the puzzles are also very poor very dull colours and fuzzy poor quality printing nothing like the website I doubt I d get a refund as it says online that refunds are only for faulty items

Worried that puzzles emit such an intense smell

The puzzles I purchased emitted a strong chemical smell I wrote the company and waiting to hear back to see if they can identify the fumes as I am concerned about giving these puzzles to children I must admit to feeling disappointed in the product quality the pieces fit very loosely such that it is very difficult to keep the puzzle together while one is working on it The color design delivery were fine

Given fake USPS tracking number

I m still waiting for my order 3 weeks later They only have an email to contact them They sent me a tracking number for USPS it s fake So I emailed again today telling them that I m going to do a fraud report if they can t resolve this

Although the puzzle was quite lovely

Although the puzzle was quite lovely there were many pieces missing and it could not be completed My granddaughter nor I were very impressed with this purchase I purchased two others for gifts and hopefully they don t have the same problem
