Bed is beautifully designed however we brought the base reinforced but I don t think it is It is very hollow and thin If it is then paying extra for this is a waste of money Unfortunately due to moving I am unable to send back and await a new one The colour and bed frame are perfect the headboard is very heavy and of good quality and it is lovely to look at Mattress is good

I was really worried about this purchase I had ordered from another small UK business which advertised 5-10day delivery however wanted to deliver a month after purchase I cancelled that order and purchased from Cuddlybeds At first I was sceptical as they would not provide a delivery date email responses were extremely vague and generic and overall feel seemed like them didnt give a However after persuing I was advised on a Thursday that my delivery would arrive either Saturday or Sunday The Friday I received a vague email to say my delivery was scheduled Saturday 8am-12pm and to wait in No courier or tracking info provided 12pm passed and no word Went on online chat where responses were slow I then received a text from driver to say he had a punctured tyre and was 3 hours behind Meanwhile online chat responded and provided a driver number which was different to the person who had already text me 3pm came I text the driver the one who had text me asking for an ETA he replied almost instantly advising of 7pm Arrived a little after 7pm and the driver showed up on his own with an extremely heavy bed Overall I ordered on a Friday and received my bed the following Saturday The customer service and organisation seems awful however the poor alone delivery driver seemed to be doing his best and the bed is lovely

Fab customer service The delivery guy was brilliant Bed is nice and sturdy was fairly easy to put together given its a divan Needed to put the bases on its side to get them clip properly and while there are stickers to show where you need to fix the headboard to the fabric was still intact over the holes so we had to make a couple of small cuts with a Stanley knife to find the holes nothing major and that part is hidden anyway Would definitely use this company again great value for money

Fantastic service from Cuddly beds Ordered on Saturday gone and delivered today Thursday Great communication from customer service who managed to get my bed delivered to me while I was off and the great communication from the delivery driver who rang before delivery to advise us of the time he would be here The bed it s self is gorgeous and well made Will recommend to friends and family

Hi I ve ordered a bed frame few days back and had an issue with it I approached the customer service and they have cooperated with me very well Not only they understood but they also replaced the whole bed frame and a big thanks to manager Jay I m so impressed by how quickly he resolved this issue Recommend

Haven t actually put the bed up yet but looks decent and great quality Brilliant customer service throughout It came quiet quick Would definitely order from here again

Penelope Panel Wingback Divan bed is beautiful Well made sturdy and very simple to put together It s obvious why this is a top seller Along with the most genuine fast response customer service I don t think you can go wrong with Cuddly Beds There was a small inconvenience with delivery I had requested a delivery date owing to the decorating of the bedroom and not wanting to miss out on a great discount however on the date I had requested the couriers van broke down so I had to wait an additional week As I said though with the quality of the bed and brilliant service it really didn t matter

So my daughter is so happy with her bed it s a stunning bed and my 18yr old daughter and 15 year old son put it together There wasn t any instructions stuck anywhere in the packaging but it was super easy There are a couple of half moon type brackets that we have no clue what they are really for took a couple of weeks to come but that wasn t an issue for us Got a curtsy call 30 mins before delivery My only genuine critique is that you cnt book your delivery slot I literally got an email the night before but we had already made plans for something really important that couldn t be rescheduled so I had to leave my key with my very elderly neighbour so that wasnt ideal

I had a look in mind for my new bed and found it for a price I could afford on the Cuddly Beds website I was pleasantly surprised when I was told that I could alter the height of the headboard and it was made more quickly than I expected Great communication all the way through the process

Absolutely gorgeous divan bed Bed well packed to protect it for delivery Customer service kept me well informed of beds delivery and driver phoned me when an hour away from my address Excellent all round service with quick dispatch and delivery Definitely would buy from you again Thankyou
