Avoid at all costs

I was hesitant to order based on other reviews but I went ahead and ordered and I have never had to deal with such a bad company before This is the first bad review I have ever written I ordered on the 19th of October and 2 weeks later I emailed to try and get a delivery date for our bed and I still have not got an actual date from customer service I emailed 14 days ago to organize a refund and I still haven t had a reply since I sent a few more emails after I requested the refund and have had no response whatsoever 37 days later we have no refund and we also don t have a bed or any response to my emails I would stay well away from this company

No Bed or refund

Awful experience still don t have my bed or my money refunded Customer service poor with mixed messages Waited in now for 2 days for bed to be delivered have asked for someone to phone no contact and now been waiting 24 hrs for manager to get back to me asap I would not recommend or ever use again

Would not order from this company again

Would not order from this company again Bed arrived with numerous scuffs and marks and small holes in the fabric on the headboard Paid a lot of money for what looks like a second hand bed Contacted company to be offered a replacement or partial refund Was told 2-3 weeks for a replacement so had to opt for partial refund as needed the bed before Christmas It s nearly a month later and despite numerous emails I still have no refund and am stuck with a poor quality bed Very disappointing

The bed is really flimsy the base has

The bed is really flimsy the base has not been made with a extra support which I thought I had ordered Really disappointed

Poorly made bed

The bed was delivered with only one set of fittings I emailed them the same day that it was delivered to which I got a very quick response to confirming that the missing set of fittings would be sent out to be with me in 2-3 days Setting the bed up ending up being a bit of a nightmare Some of the feet wouldn t fit in the holes correctly I found staples had been put in the way of some of the feet holes which I had to remove to enable me to get the feet in place Trying to push in the clips to join the bases together was difficult there were far too many staples put in the base lining I had to remove some of them to get the clips pushed all the way in even then I eventually had to cut a hole in the lining for the clips to sit correctly On one of the bases there were small round stickers showing where the headboard was to be fitted When we finally found the correct position of the holes they were at least an inch away from where the stickers had stated they were The screws for attaching the headboard looked used rather than new A positive thing that I can say is that the headboard is the only part that didn t have any problems More quality control checking is needed before sending out

Delivery of goods

The buying process was good But the delivery experience was very bad I was given 24hr notice on the delivery date It was a very short notice for any one to make changes and be available for delivery On the delivery date the driver was late I was not informed I had to enquire through a message When the delivery arrived the man was very rude He refused to help take the bed upstairs The reason he gave is he was late

Poor customer service

Really poor customer experience from a company with little interest in keeping their customers updated despite you spending a lot of money Purchased a divan frame from Cuddly Beds and received a confirmation email straight away The tracking links for order updates weren t updated by Cuddly Beds at all if you want an update you have to contact customer services via email and their responses didn t really provide any concrete information After about 2 weeks received a text from a courier at about 8 30pm on a Saturday saying Hi its the courier driver for your bed delivery I should be with you tomorrow between 4-8 driver will call you 30 minutes before thanks I replied straight back asking if it was an AM or PM slot having seen in reviews that people had received very early deliveries No response from the courier Next message from the courier came at 3 14am saying they d had a breakdown and would redeliver the next day Contacted cuddly beds the next day via email asking them to find out what was going on to which I was told I should ring the courier - not them the company who instructed them Bed was eventually delivered at 10 10PM the next day Product itself was nice but I don t think ordering from cuddly beds is worth the hassle I ve never encountered a company who doesn t bother to actively let you know what s going on Especially when you re likely to have to get rid of your last bed in readiness for the new one s arrival

Not great build quality

Great looking beds and great customer service - however not the best frame quality All appears great at first but after a few months you will begin to hear the bed creek and notice it dipping It feels to me they use cheap quality in the frames Save your money long-term and invest in a quality bed

Mud stained mattress

I ordered a super king-size bed and mattress The bed is very nice and fairly well made but the mattress had a rusty brown stain on it I contacted customer service via email who replied saying it looks like mud Totally useless and unhelpful There was no apology or offer of recompense or other solutions Because I had disposed of the old bed I decided to just use the clean side of the mattress which turned out to too firm and uncomfortable like sleeping on a wooden block with no give so I bought a mattress topper to get a comfortable night s sleep I wouldn t recommend cuddly beds

Not happy with quality or delivery

The delivery was cancelled and then on the rescheduled date it was an hour and half late after waiting all day The bed was damage and is not as comfortable as expected
