The bed is beautiful Fabric samples came really quickly They were really helpful every time I contacted The delivery driver went above and beyond to help me and was incredibly polite Great experience

Absolutely fantastic

Absolutely fantastic Brilliant bed and mattress ordered from here Delivery was quick I got a phone call when the driver was about 10-15 minutes away Daughter absolutely loves her bed its soooo comfy We need a new one so will definitely consider cuddly beds The only thing I wish they did was a recycle service We don t have means of getting rid of our king size mattress so that would be handy to have

Brilliant service

Brilliant service I ordered some fabric samples one evening and they must have been sent that night as I received them the next day amazing I also sent an email late one night enquiring about sizes and somebody replied back within an hour Finally ordered the bed on the Monday and was emailed the Wednesday about delivery for the next day wow Super happy with service so professional and prompt The bed I was a bit unsure about buying a bed online and not actually seeing it although after reading reviews and with their very decent prices I thought why not and SOOO glad I did Such a solid bed well made and BEAUTIFUL super fast and easy assembly honestly I ve told all my family and friends truly over the moon over here Thank you

Double bed

Even though delivery didn t arrive till 8pm and drawers was broken which I had to arrange someone to fix them How ever the company sent me email offering some refund due to the issue

Great experience with Cuddly Beds

Great experience with Cuddly Beds Had my eye on a bed for ages and ordered some samples to make sure I was getting the right colour I wanted Ordered my bed on Boxing Day and was let know when my bed was coming and the courier rang when he was half an hour away Brilliant service from Cuddly Beds Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of buying a new bed

Amazing prices and bed is exactly as we hoped it would be after sending for a few free samples picking out the color and fabric we wanted Really quick delivery and delivery driver was so polite and helpful Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new bed

Paid extra for choice of room but

Paid extra for choice of room but delivery driver was by himself and said I would need to help him move everything It was put inside my front door where I then had to get someone else to help me move it to the room needed Poor service The headboard isnt that sturdy either Maybe a 12 or 18 ply and fabric is folded over it not stitched nicely Customer services were quick to email me to rectify problems I experienced

Amazing Highly recommend

I highly recommend cuddly beds we ordered samples on the Thursday and they arrived on the Friday which meant we were able to order our bed straight away Fast delivery service - we ordered our bed late Friday night and it arrived Thursday so delivered within 4 working days which amazed me We ordered the Penelope wingback divan bed in plush cream the fabric is gorgeous However we did have an issue with the headboard as it appeared chipped and the foot end drawer was sticking slightly I emailed straight away and they offered us a replacement straight away which I am really pleased about 10 10 customer service I wish I could add a picture to show how amazing our bed is
