The bed quality is pretty decent for the price the headboard feels sturdy Overall impressed with the Bed Downside is delivery I had no prior call as suggested on the site that it was going to be delivered it was only until I emailed around 5pm luckily on the day before asking roughly when am I expecting delivery did they message to say it was going to be next day otherwise I don t think I would of been told I was also given a time slot of between 8am and 1pm but the driver did not arrive till about 2 45pm He also showed up with someone who clearly couldn t help unload the lorry and I ended up carrying stuff from the lorry to my communal door

Placed an order from this company 3 weeks ago When ordering I was advised that delivery would be around 2-10 business days I received an email of confirmation of purchase shortly following A week goes by with no updates or communication from the business Until I took it upon myself to send an email enquiring as to the status of my order and when I could expect delivery Moving house next week so was panicking that this would not be delivered in time A few days go past with no response until I received a very vague reply from manager Jay Jay was extremely kind and could not apologise more for the delay however in my opinion was not able to give me a response that would put my mind at ease I was told that there were delays to my area due to the courier service however they would be in touch soon to arrange delivery Another week goes by without any communication By this point I started reading reviews online which I wish I did before ordering and started to panic that I would never receive my order as many many people like myself are still waiting or have had negative experiences I was about to send another email and was considering asking for a refund and going elsewhere however by luck I received a generic no reply email from the couriers which gave me some hope The next day I was contacted and delivery for the following day was arranged Could not fault the couriers at all They called 10 mins before delivery and helped bring the bed into the house despite it being doorstep delivery The bed looks lovely I have yet to build this as in the process of moving however so far so good Overall I am quite disappointed in the lack of communication and regular updates from the company I know from further research that they are a smaller business however some better communication and customer service would have put my mind at ease and made this a much more pleasant experience

Great product as advertised Had to chase for a delivery date but other than that all good

Head board very sturdy and great quality wall mount kit not so great for bigger head boards it is 18inch long and although it can take the head board weight as only one is supplied the headboard becomes very wobbly on just the one bracket thankfully sticking foam behind the head board seems to have stopped the wobble but we have now ordered a second kit as we had a superking size headboard to hopefully make it stay on the wall without the wobble Delivery also not so great didn t get a email just a text 12 hrs before to say it would be delivered next day on the day the driver did ring but was confused over addresses and was in a different city a hour away when he first rang us saying he was on our street he also didn t know our house number as only our postcode was written on the headboard In all would I buy again yes I would as although delivery could be improved the quality is great and customer service was good Would I buy wall mount kit no not unless I was buying a small headboard

Very happy with the bed good price too Only minor gripe was the delivery which I only had 30 mins notice of It was not a problem as I had someone to take delivery even though I was not there but a few days notice would have been brill

The bed was easy to put together very well made and looks great Communication via email was good but on the day there was no prior call in advance of the delivery

When placing the order they said it would be delivered in 7-10 days and they kept the promise The customer service responded timely when I checked my order through the Live Chat The delivery team comprise 2 people who are very nice and also explained how to assemble the bed in details The quality of the bed is good and the service is excellent I ordered the divan bed with two drawers it was delivered in 3 pieces - headboard and two divan bases So we just need to assemble the 3 pieces together not difficult I thought the top of the bed is a platform with a solid timber board but it isn t Only the frame is timber However it still works well and sturdy after putting the mattress on just not the same as my expectation We have been sleeping on it for about 2 weeks now and we re pleased with it

Bed gorgeous Paid extra for bed fitters to put the bed together but only 1 guy turned up apparently the other fitter was ill My partner helped him as the job was too much for 1 person the poor guy felt sorry for him

I ordered some samples for a headboard and bed they did come but with no name of the company as I has ordered some other from another contras a bit confusing but sorted it
