We ordered paper cups as our usual supplier no longer stocks them They arrived promptly and are as expected Also ordered paper bags as a good alternative to using plastic bags Prices were reasonable

My experience with this company is regarding the great customer service Having placed an order with them for the first time within hours of placing it I had to cancel it I called the number provided it was answered straight away I wasn t left hanging on indefinitely and then taken to an automated service The person I spoke to completed my cancellation with no problem and a refund was issued straight away along with a confirmation email Thank you

Prompt answering of the phone by a very helpful gentleman who kindly put me on hold whilst he checked with the warehouse about a particular product I needed He couldn t have been more helpful with my queries Quick dispatch and product exactly as expected The cups have a clear eco message on the side which is just what we needed An excellent product and great company to deal with
