i have not receive my order

The greaseproof kraft paper ordered Is not that greaseproof as I wrapped brownies and within second massive oil stains appear and rendered the paper very thin almost to a tearing point disappointing

Terrible Experience

i have not receive my order and still waiting i was told by the courier service that i have receive and signed for my order which i didnt they wer meant to be emailing me a copy of the signature which i am still waiting for since yesterday

Waiting for delivery for over 7 days

My 1 day delivery took a week I sent 1 of my team to collect from depot instead of waiting any longer - no communication to warn late delivery order was lost and no apologySorry to say I will have to go elsewhere next time although the product was great

Delivery

The last few orders I had lots of problems My last ordered placed on the 15 august still not revived by 22 august with no update Spoke to office who dealt with it told them I was desperate for cups and got a delivery at 330pm the next day Not happy

i order 4000 cups and lids

I ordered my cups on Friday Yesterday on Monday I received an email at 10am it said my order is on the way I still haven t received it At the moment is Tuesday 10am I would give you more rate if you tell me an exact time instead of saying my order is on the way Kind regards Tamas

Not good servicep

i order 4000 cups and lids the driver came to deliver and since i live in a flat on the 5th floor He simply left the boxes near the reception of the building instead of bring it on the fifth floor i found this totally unacceptable i had to go down and make several trips to bring the cups to my flay i will never again order through this company

Where is my delivery

I book the delivery for a day I will be home it came ealier that I planned which I wasn t present to pick up the delivery they just dump it in the front door not even call me to said they did I notice it was delivered by email which it was a big surprise

Still not received items - Courier Service Disgraceful

I cannot believe I m being asked for feedback when the parcel should have been delivered on Tuesday and I have still not received it According to DPD they have the order but have not received the parcel I have phoned and left a message with you but had no response I phoned again today to hear that you are not taking calls as you are moving premises so I then emailed you and as yet have had no response Very poor Please would somebody contact me

Didn t get Delivery still

Still not received items had a very busy Christmas Market this weekend where cups were desperately needed ended up having to buy from Cash Carry APC Carrier can drive into my premises on Thursday Night drive round and left no way they could have missed me I received a text with another delivery date on the Friday No sign of them items still not delivered Your courier service is seriously letting you down I am NOT a happy out of pocket customer
