From excellent to disappointing

The initial order was fantastic Went through swiftly goods arrived in a few days all well packaged and accounted for I can t complain as it was amazing Why I have rated the service is low is because the returns process however has been torturous I subitted a return the same day the goods arrived which was accepted the same day Since then over a week later I ve heard nothing on when the goods will be collected or even what happens from here on out My emails inquiring what s going on have gone unanswered and there s no other way to get in touch After such a positive experience this has been disappointing

Express 10am delivery was 5 hrs late - but good follow up by cups direct

My original review was 1 star text below My revised review is 3 as the company responded well apologised and refunded my delivery fee I would use them again Original review As i was pushed for time i spent extra for the guaranteed delivery by 10am The order arrived at 3pm I wasn t notified of the delay or new arrival time and the tracking information didn t tell me anything useful The driver was efficient with the delivery but didn t apologise for the delay just said it was ok as i have them now I will be seeking a refund of the express delivery fee

PLASTIC CUPS

The cups are perfect and arrived in good order and on the expected day HOWEVER THEY WERE DELIVERED TO THE CHURCH NOT THE VICARAGE AND WERE JUST LEFT OUTSIDE It was only chance that I happened to nip to church to collect something and found them outside the door The postcode on the parcel was the Vicarage one and not the church one so the carrier was at fault

Broken plastic wine glasses but really speedy service

The quality is great and the speed of delivery was really wonderful My only problem is that one cup in every single packet within the box is broken which means I have lost 45 cups and have to deal with the broken pieces falling out when I m setting up the bar at our function The cup which is broken in each case is the one at the top of the box so extra packaging to protect this area would be a great advantage Thank you for the speed and efficiency though

I have been asked to review a product

I have been asked to review a product which hasn t arrived yet Either it has been delivered somewhere else or the rate how we did culture is now so over the top it is asking for feedback before there s anything to feedback

Product was good and at a fair price however

Product was good and at a fair price with a prompt delivery Only problem I had is that the cups were delivered in very flimsy boxes which meant that the cups became compressed I m assuming that they were stacked during dispatch so that when you tried to separate them only around 1 3 of each stack came apart easily the remainder took far too much time and effort to separate Stronger boxes would help

Some cups are broken due to un proper packaging the quality of the cups is below average I don t know it might be obsolete

Disappointing

Everytime I order these which is about every two months they are slightly different in colour or texture They also come packaged in a thin sheet of plastic so when they re thrown around in transit the sides dint and become damaged leaving me with many imperfect boxes to give my customers Will no longer be using this supplier

good product selection and prices - minor trouble with breakages

Good website easy to place order and pay Delivery OK and prompt though actual delivery was a few hours later then the window advised by text Minor grumble - was expecting 1500 cups 30 off 50 sleeves but only got 29 sleeves 1450 cups
