Waste of money They don t do much but take a cut out of your money Really they don t do anything different from what you can do yourself I d say just keep your bank info yourself This is a way for companies it s to get your personal bank information legally and legally steal from you

I paid for a prior subscription which was 36 for a year with no fees taken out from the refunds if they get a refund I just counted and they say they tried to negotiate 15 fees and they managed to get me a resounding 0 I have no faith in this company doing what they say they will if you re a credit union member

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD THEY RIP YOU OFF AND DESTROY YOUR CREDIT Not only did they do absolutely NOTHING On top of that they are trying to take a portion of refunded fees that were incurred AFTER I cancelled my subscription What the hell These fees were never under negotiation by cushion I did NOT have automatic fee negotiation enabled I REPEAT THESE PARTICULAR FEES THAT CUSHION IS TRYING TO TAKE CREDIT FOR WERE NEVER UNDER NEGOTIATION BY CUSHION AT ANY TIME WHATSOEVER I CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION BEFORE THESE FEES WERE EVEN CHARGED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT I THEN REQUESTED THOSE PARTICULAR FEES REFUNDED WHAT HAPPENED TO THE FEES CUSHION DID NEGOTIATE 60 DAYS PASSED AND I NEVER RECIEVED A DIME FOR THOSE FEES NOW THEY ARE THREATENING TO DING MY CREDIT IF I DONT PAY STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS

Couple older fees stayed in negotiations for months Never heard anything back and had pretty much forgotten about it until I got a promotional spam email from these clowns and decided to check my account When I logged on the account was blocked and a message popped up saying I owed 14 40 and in order to prevent negative action on my credit report I need to pay it immediately I couldn t even see what it was for so I paid it to get the message to go away and lo and behold they claimed to have recovered one 36 fee and had charged me 14 40 For ONE fee Oh but here s the kicker the fee that they claimed to have recovered on my behalf was actually a mistake the bank made and I had called them and gotten it resolved myself but Cushion claimed they did it with their artful negotiations I suppose Avoid this classic bait and switch money pit These people are a joke

Even if your bank refunds your fees without the assistance of Cushion they still will charge you a fee and take money out of your account with NO warning In the last two days they have taken over 350 out of my account sending me further into my overdraft and unable to pay my rent Worst company EVER No response when reaching out for support either Basically I just paid 350 for absolutely zero service from this company DO NOT DO IT

Please whatever you do do not sign up for this app It will not get you the 1000 dollars you are looking for I bet if i called my bank on my own and explain my situation i would probably had better luck It claims i have a refund for 490 but it never hit my bank and i had to pay to figure out what dates it refunded me from I want my subscription fee as well as the negotiation fee or I m reporting you guys to the better business bureau

What ever you do DO NOT let them have access to your financials They are a parasite that you can not get rid of once they are inside So far after almost 2 months I have received 0 from their services Now they look money for a new bank fee that I MYSELF got reversed A fee they werent even trying to negotiate They took stole thier payment very suddenly and without informing me beforehand This resulted in a new fee that they will try to bill me for if I get it waived

Supposedly have two refunds for 110 each coming after signing up two months ago meanwhile there s still 1800 in overdraft charges out there Haven t seen these refunds hit my account but was already charged 40 a piece the second I got the email about the refund thanks for stealing my money

I would give 0 if I could Complete and utter bs of a company and scam They claimed to negotiate the fees that happened long after the fees they were originally supposed to be negotiating and you managed to get it back yourself Not to mention those fees are not actual fees and therefore it was just a refund However they will claim they negotiated and request a cut of it like some bandits Stay the f away Don t ever use it Total waste of time and money

This is a scam I m in more debt than when I started I paid them their fees And then also their negotiating fees which put my personal account in the negative since they didn t verify that I was ready to make the payment they just took the money now I m 65 negative the fees they refunded me where later reversed and applied to my account by my bank and they also tacked on additional fees So now the credit card I had is over charged because of the amount of fees they added I wish I never used this service trying to get anyone to help is impossible they can t find my account but had no problems finding it when it came to taking my I want answers
