Do not order from this company unless you want to be scammed and receive extremely cheap quality for a high price As a pillow for my mom I ordered a picture of my dog who passed away The pillow size was extremely small compared to what the website had described I checked their refund policy and they would refund it in full if it was a mismatched size I sent them proof and everything about the size compared to a ruler I contacted customer service and all they could offer me was a measly 4 dollars when I paid about 30 What a joke I really hate to be that person but I work really hard for my money and it sucks to receive something that had an inaccurate website description I will be reporting this company to a higher authority because this is literally a scam Unacceptable

Custom Pet Gifts scammed me I ordered two keychains and a blanket Over a month later I got a ripped blanket in the mail with no keychains I reached out via email and fb messenger and demanded a full refund Then Laila tells me she wants a picture of the entire blanket after I sent her the damaged portion I refused because I know from previous reviews that she will deem it appropriate and refuse my refund Then she told me they were finalizing the details of my two keychains to be shipped separately a week from now BS It all cost me over 80 bucks DISGUSTING company scammers shipping from CHINA and charging 40 for a cheap blanket that costs probably 20 cents Laila thinks we are stupid DO NOT BUY PLEASE

I never got my order
I never got my order I m very upset because this was suppose to be a sentimental gift for my boyfriend on Valentine s Day I ordered it two weeks in advance so that it would be here on time and it is now about to be March 1 and I have not received it Very disappointed

Don t order if on a time frame
I ordered a key chain Jan 23 for Valentine s Day Site says 5-10 for design then 3-5 for delivery Finally delivered today I complained several times only to be told they were busy Then on February 10 they emailed that it had finally shipped But according to US postal tracking they didn t actually take it to the Post Office until February 14 IF they had actually taken it to the Post Office on the 10th I possibly would have received it by Valentine s Day Very poor customer service and to respond by saying they are busy is not professional If you have a business once you have capacity for an upcoming special day change your website and let the customer know it won t be there for that occasion After complaining they never offered any compensation for their lateness One and only time doing business with them

Placed original order and paid for priority on December 1 On December 2 sent a message asking if I could add engraving to the back of my item On December 6 I was told that I could add engraving and provided what I wanted It is now December 17 and order still has not shipped and will not arrive before Christmas Website says it takes 5-10 business days for processing and that time has since passed This was an order to give to my wife for Christmas in remembrance of our dog that we lost a year ago on Christmas Eve I ll keep things polite and just say that that this is a huge disappointment

Horrible company I placed an over well over a month ago for a few very little dog keychains Business website states 5-10 days and then first class mail 3-5 days to get They never respond to emails and when they do respond they say just a few more days The customer service is absolutely horrible I m disputing the charges with my bank since the company never delivered the merchandise DO NOT USE THEM

Was sent the wrong size chain the customer service person was pretty rude It took making a video on Instagram to get any kind of resolution They sent me a new chain after I had already purchased a different one from a store near me There are other companies and independent artists doing pet photo jewelry I recommend shopping around

I ordered in December still waiting
I ordered in early December and still have NOT received my order One month after my order was placed I received someone else s order I sent in pictures of what I received as requested yet I still ha en t gotten my order or any communication other than this to give a rating or other emails encouraging future orders which I can say will never happen I have been more than patient and if I don t receive what I ordered by next week week of 2 20 I will cancel and request a full refund This seemed like a great gift idea and had hoped I would receive by Christmas I was understanding of demand and shipping but now it is ridiculous

Ordered it back in January Still hasn t shipped I ve been in contact with Laila from Customer Service who says it will PROBABLY ship out by next week 5 to 10 business days is a lie Its been about a month so far Shop elsewhere They re evasive unprofessional and condescending
