TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE The ad clearly said that if the picture provided would not work for engraving they would let me know I finally received the keychain and could not make out the picture It looked like a blob and I was not happy I reached out to Laila C and told her how i felt and wanted to return Her response was that she thought it looked fine I m the customer and I am not happy and wanted to return it and that is all she had to say Beware They clearly don t care about your satisfaction

My son purchased a pillow of my deceased Bulldog It was scheduled to come on the 23rd and arrived after Christmas on the 29th That didn t bother me as much as My son who works hard for his money was scammed He spent over 50 and got an 7x3 inch pillow would you call that a pillow Maybe for a mouse He was so disappointed As a mother it s the thought that counted but as for you all you stole a kids money

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT
I ordered 2 necklaces one for me and one for a friend after she lost her dog both in the recommended sterling silver I had ordered one before for my mother that was stainless steel and it turned out absolutely perfect When I got these two new necklaces both in the recommended sterling silver they were a HUGE disappointment I mean the kind of disappointment you feel in the pit of your stomach and your heart feels heavy You have to turn the pendant at just the right angle to actually see the detail engraving Otherwise if you hold it normally it s just a weak image that is barely visible and looks like it s more like a ghost of an image THE QUALITY IS AWFUL I was so embarrassed to give it to my friend I DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing anything engraved in their sterling silver I am hugely disappointed in the quality Hesitantly I decided to try one more time to order 2 new necklaces but this time both in stainless steel I m crossing my fingers these will be better quality But unfortunately I won t be purchasing anything else from them again

Beware of LONG shipment times
When ordering the keychain the website had an estimated arrival time of 5-10 business days It took 25 days to receive the keychain I ordered as birthday gift 2 and a half weeks before the birthday and it did not arrive on time When speaking with customer service 14 days after placing the order 10 of which were business days I asked the employee if once the item was completed they could overnight the shipment to arrive on time She never replied I asked for an update and she said the item is in the final stages of production and will be shipped out soon Never acknowledging the overnight shipment request The item final arrived 25 days after placing the order 5 days late for the birthday present The keychain looks great Customer service and time of production are not so great

Either a scam or garbage business
I ordered a keychain on January 6 2022 and as of February 6 2022 my order has yet to even be shipped I waited until January 23 2022 to reach out to customer service about an update on my order since it had been awhile and knew they were a small business so things can get hectic sometimes I was told by Laila that she would tell the fulfillment team and then didn t hear anything back until I again messaged them 4 days later and was told by Laila once again that there was an error made during the process and it would be a few more days It has now been a week and I ve emailed them asking to cancel and get a refund or ship my product as this seems like a scam or just a garbage business After reading reviews it seems like Laila is the complaint from most people and they might want to consider getting rid of her I will update if I actually get the order or not

I ordered December 26th yes almost TWO months ago Still nothing I emailed several times and they reply with an excuse How have I still not gotten my order I don t know if it s worth canceling or just waiting it out a little longer
