Where is the diet information I ve received a few articles about diets probably could have read them for free in the News section of my iphone I have not received any specific info regarding best diet for me types of foods to eat etc disappointed

Completely disjointed product and support plan to the point of being unusable They also announced that an app was coming in July as of yet mid-August it s still not available This purchase didn t do anything but lighten my pocketbook

This is a scam

This is a scam I originally enrolled in Feb 2021 I received maybe 3 emails within the first week then NOTHING after that I sent an email requesting my subscription be cancelled Never heard anything back until low and behold 6 months later another subscription charge goes through my bank Now they are telling me they can t refund my money DON T FALL FOR THE BS On Sept 23 I was informed my complaint was being reviewed Since then I have received NOTHING from them Which makes me even more certain this entire business is a scam

Cookie cutter workouts NOT customized

Don t buy NOT customized programs and nothing original about this app They re clearly focused on getting as many users as they can with their cookie cutter workouts Customer service inflexible

I d like to give this 5 Stars but sadly my cycling diet service was never supplied If it was we were never communicated with about it And if that s the case then this business is horrible at communicating with its customers especially after they ve taken your money

As close to a scam as you can get

I should be able to give this site no stars because they don t deserve any Never received any login info etc and then they tried to auto renew on my credit card Fortunately my bank caught it and reported the fraud before I could I didn t sign anything stating they could auto renew

My purchase of this plan was reactive I made the selection without doing alot of research If you asked me how I access the Cycling Diet right now I would say I don t know I cannot fully articulate why I am disappointed with this purchase but I never used the plan program When I first opened it it did not resonate with me and I immediately regretted making the purchase

Susan on 02 08 2021 I received a email from PayPal informing me that Cycling Diet had payed itself 33 dollars Us I have never received any types of service diets or any other services from your firm Please reimburse me as soon as posible Thank in advance for your understanding regarding this issue

A whole lot of generally known info most riders would know Not a regimen just a load of junk emails Don t waste your money on this nonsense Good marketing though Got me To be fair they refunded my annual subscription after only one complaint Maybe they re getting their act together

Poor service all round

Poor service all round Food plan didn t arrive complained had a 50 refund to then have the app shut down on me altogether So paid 30 odd for nothing Total waste of money - should be such a good concept - real shame See below - I did provide the additional information requested - and heard nothing further only compounding my dissatisfaction
