unfortunately I have not received any instructions yet for the program other than the welcoming e mail I did inquire about the problem and did not receive a response

It was ok

It was ok I needed more customization as I don t ride on Sundays and it was too confusing to manually record the shift in days I think the program works better for indoor cycling

Not an effective service - for me There are far superior services available - they may cost more but you get what you pay for So in that regard if money is an issue I think people can use this service to support their goals of losing weight and getting fit But I found more effective tools for myself I found Noom to be a better weight-loss service and app I think the training programs and group rides in Zwift to be a better approach to improve my cycling Again if one follows the guidance in Cycling Diet one will get better and lose weight But it wasn t for me

No value - neither for money no for anything

Nothing personal no personalization - just blog and well-formatted articles No adjustments Everybody should wait for App but it wasn t launched wasn t delivered in dif countries My love for bicycles led me to spend huge money considering the stage of product and I cannot see any product yet

I really haven t understood how to leverage the service so I don t have an experience to go from Communications seem to have dropped off once I purchased the service Is the expectation that I regularly connect via the website how does it work to know of my workouts where does the diet part fit in Clearly I m not sure how to get started I ride every week but from this diet viewpoint how do you want to know

Not as Advertised

Initially it looked as though the cycling diet might be something that would bring additional tips and techniques to my lifestyle Unfortunately it was regurgitated information that almost anyone can find in lifestyle magazines The lack of specific data and scientific methods makes it very underwhelming I chose two give a two-star rating to acknowledge the attempt Much more work is required to make this a worthy purchase for someone For me it was a waste of my money
