There are two main things that I think could be improved One having the option of combining the training with other sports since it is not easy to go for a ride during the week Second more vegetarian and vegan dishes on the diet side

Got my workouts and plan in a very timely manner Seemed simple and straight forward Within days of starting the program I unfortunately was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and had to completely change from the systems Struggled to do rides without crashes ect Had I been able to continue following the system I m sure I would have enjoyed it and the results and left a 5 star review

Never used this app Never got emails or notifications in months Still need to cancel if company will take a refund Revised from 1 to 3They contacted me shortly after and said they had technical difficulties and that a full refund was coming

I ve been following this program for a couple of months now and what can I say it does work but it didn t really seem as flexible as promised Now since the app is available it really makes a huge difference and I am very much happy about this improvement Nevertheless I still need time to experience all the benefits this app has to provide So to sum all up the program is good hope that the app makes the whole experience even better but this could ve been done sooner
