Pretty easy app to navigate through

Pretty easy app to navigate through Love the meal plans and the fact that it gives you the recipes It also allows you to input your allergies Very straight forward

I bought the app and

I bought the program The link didn t work and I couldn t find the app I left poor feedback but customer service jumped in and sorted things and App appeared must have not been available NZ market and now we re all good Looking forward to starting this

A great start but needs a few tweaks

I love this app that provides great opportunity to track weight exercise plans and meal plans I think the meal plan part is the easiest and most user friendly I do have some questions and concerns about the calorie counter and exercise plan portions of the app Calorie Counter 1 It would be fabulous to add a search lookup function for various foods Right now I have to do this on another app unless I am sticking strictly to my meal plan That s too limiting for me 2 Calories Burned Eaten I like that there are 2 separate buttons But what if you make a mistake I ve often incorrectly entered Calories Burned rather than Calories Eaten Is there a way to correct this entry Exercise Plan I often do a form of exercise that is slightly different than what is set up For example I took a 45 minute moderate walk yesterday which should have counted as Cross Training However unless I push the start workout button right at the start of my walk or let the workout run for 45 minutes after I ve actually done the activity it is not entered in my log Is there a way to log record activity after the fact That would be really helpful I can say however that this app has helped me become much more mindful and intentional about what I eat and how I exercise Those are definite pluses

Good plan poor individual consideration

I think this program will work for me I ve enjoyed all the information that goes with my plan However it doesn t seem that you really paid attention to my initial survey that was supposed to be used to create my individual plan I clearly marked that I wanted to exercise through the weekdays but the plan you sent me was heavy on the weekends It seems as though I just got a canned plan so that was disappointing I requested a change of days and was told that that wasn t an option yet I was told to complete my plan on the days that were convenient for me That doesn t really seem like my individual needs were considered I am however able to adapt my plan to my schedule without much problem I just thought that was what I was paying your company to do

I love how the apps helps you to customize a meal plan in conjunction with keeping up with how many calories your burning during your cycling workout It like a personal trainer in your pocket Love it

Really good program

To be very sincere I didn t really enjoy the web application version once I first received it It wasn t really customizable though I continued with the program because it seemed professional and I was really looking forward to losing weight Now I am in my third month in this program I find this program very useful as I managed to lose 7 kilos so far and this really boosted my self-confidence I gave this program 4 stars because as I said I didn t really like the program s interface Just a week ago I started using your app and I am definitely giving my thumbs up on this one I was able to adjust my exercising level as well as plan my workouts in advance I would recommend this program to anyone looking for long-term results

I really love the application

I really love the application the bicycle is one of my passions that I do not exercise as competition but rather in my lifestyle for everything it is my bedside vehicle And if I can also use it to keep fit I m happy and it seems ideal Also the recipes are powerful and energetic and nutritious for this exercise I want to do them all I m lovin it

I enjoy the app and it s ease of use

I enjoy the app and it s ease of use however there are some bugs in the workout mode More than a few times with an incorrect tap the workout would skip ahead with no ability to backtrack Also I have lost some in progress workouts - after my screen goes to sleep or skipping to another app it looses the in progress time

Great app

I really like using this app it has so many great features such as logging calories telling you how many you have burned and clearly showing your weight loss on a handy graph The meal plan is very detailed and allows you to add allergies and foods you don t like I would like to see an article on stretching or a reminder notification to do this before after a ride and different stretches to do based on the ride I did
