Not able to contact them
I didn t realise i had spelt my email address incorrectly when I logged on for the 1 week trial so when I heard nothing from them I didn t think anything further about them until they took 104 off me the next month I have managed to cancel the subscription but cannot email them because they don t accept emails from addresses not registered with them Why didn t they verify my email I have teied leaving messages on there FB adds but never get answeredTotal money making scam I can kiss that money which i can ill afford to lose good bye

Tried sending email to their support to cancel monthly subscription but no response and I got charged again After reading everyone s reviews I decided to cancel my card so that they can t charge me again I will be disputing the recent payment that came out Your best bet is to cancel your card so you don t get charged again

Huge scam even after removing subscription after free trial and deleting app got 2 charges One for resubscribing one for a random e-book Neither of which I approved App was extremely lame in general do not download and definitely do not subscribe

Fraud Fraud Fraud Downloaded the app once it was absolute junk Deleted it sent an email to customer service requesting a refund and account cancellation because once I deleted the app it only recognized me as a new client it wouldn t bring up any history No reply Forgot about it and today they put through another charge today for 56 29 My credit card company notified me of a suspicious transaction and so I called them Only option is to cancel my credit card and get a new one Waiting on whether or not they can dispute refund the charges Do not be fooled Avoid at all costs

Same as everyone else - I finally resolved it through cancelling the payment with PayPal If you re paying through them just go to your account activity and click on their company - they go by SkyPeak Limited - click on report a problem manage automatic payments and cancel the payment

Purchased 7 day free trial got charged full amount plus billed for ebook I didn t purchase On enquiry was told the ebook I didn t purchase is non refundable Despite requesting cancellation I was billed again a second time for a premium membership AVOID them at all costs So fraudulent Might have to cancel my credit card to get rid of them

This is a total scam
This is a total scam At 71 years old I thought I knew all the tricks but clearly still learning The ad said that I could cancel anytime but when I tried to do so I was told that my annual membership stands no refunds On top of that the offerings were NOTHING like the ad I got taken DO NOT FOLLOW MY LEAD

Avoid at all cost
They charge for things you don t buy e-bok And when trying to cancel you suddenly can t because you apparently sign a one year contract for 80 a month Call your bank immediately if this happens If your bank has a contact for scammers they are able to replace the payment and send you a new credit card I hope the people working with this app grows a heart because they obviously do not have one right now
