I ve been following Rachel from Hula Dancercise on Instagram since lockdown in 2020 She has such a great presence that motivates you to keep going and have fun As soon as she started classes I signed up and I look forward to each class My love for hula hooping is so strong that when Rachel announced her Instructor Training course I just knew I wanted to be a part of it I have just completed the course and thoroughly enjoyed it The course content is presented well and easy to follow and the manual is a great tool to have I also have both of Rachel s hoops - the wavy and the smooth I had another weighted hoop prior to these and I can honestly say they are far superior They are so comfortable and easy to move around and dance in They also come with a bag to carry them in which is very handy I would highly recommend everything Hula Dancercise - on demand classes hoops training course everything
