the return procedure is a little more difficult

I found some things on this site that I don t see on other sites and I ordered for the first time but I have to return something the return procedure worries me because I didn t get an automatic return label or a reply to my email

the website is easy to use pricing and selections are good however the shipping rate and return process are far less competitive than other international boutique retailers farfetch ssense italist harrods etc offer free shipping and return while at d Aniello boutique it costs you 25 shipping and at lease 60 for return

The bag is beautiful in design but came with scuffs to the leather at bottom edge of it at or near the piping This was my first order and was hoping to place many more However I would now be apprehensive for fear of the condition of the item I receive I don t even have the energy to facilitate a return especially since I believe the item may now be out of stock

Slow dispatch time in comparison with Italist group where an item was ordered and delivered in two days Ordered on Saturday morning and now Tuesday with no communication about dispatching item to me Good price paid and this would be 5 star if better communication and faster dispatch
