Thats great item i bought but poor communication for email no response

Online shop good but the fact i paid 15 delivery and 4 days later it is still not here is dreadful

In averall i was safisfied but not with the delivery I paid twenty euros for express delivery with no other option and i received it after a week

This is my second time reviewing this company My first review was five stars however I am giving them four stars because of the following Within the past two months I have placed about 10 orders with this boutique Rest assured ALL the items are Authentic and brand new Most of the designer clothing arrives in the original packaging although I did order a Versace jacket and it did not include the hanger or the garment bag like some other boutiques send I did get a great pair of Prada sneakers that arrived in absolute pristine condition However I do not see the option to order Prada to the US any more on the site My main reason for taking one star off is because I did reach out to them because of an item that I wanted to return and after three emails I have not heard back from them At this point I decided to just keep the item however going forward I will be sure to only order items that I absolutely know will fit me and will not require a return or exchange I would advise potential buyers to do the same Go to your local boutiques and try on shoes and clothing that you plan on ordering from this site so that you are 100 sure of the size In the case of a possible return it may be very hard to get in touch with them
