Ordered some trainers which arrived in time and everything fine However the trainers didn t fit and so I need to return them No response to emails having tried numerous times They are making the return process so difficult Now seeking legal advise

Shocking customer service don t respond to emails alright if things go to plan but horrendous trying to return something label supplied by them but wrong item has now been held at customs for 6 weeks waiting for this joke of a company to claim it so I still haven t got a refund

I have purchased a pair of black Saint Laurent jeans size 31 the shipment arrived very fast and everything was well inside tag was original and everything was in a really professional package and when I checked the cartoon tag attached the size was 31 the exact one I have ordered I took the jeans for alterations because I am a shorter person All well into I have wear it first time and they ware very loose so I have checked tge black tag stiched inside the jeans and the surprise was that it was 32 It can be factory default but now I cannot do anything because I have altered the jeans My complain against the shop is that they don t double checked the both tags before shipping and me now I am left with some jeans I cannot wear and my money lost

Really poor customer service Placed numerous calls and been hung up on every single time I have sent emails and the question has been ignored in place of a generic reply Appalling customer service if you offer an international service employ people who offer to help instead of hanging up

One of the worst customer service team I ve ever dealt with I bought a coat and it was a size too big They do exchanges and I saw the smaller size was in stock After writing multiple emails from two different email addresses and trying to use their online chat service no agents available for over a week they still have not got back to me Do not shop here worse service ever if something goes wrong you are better off going elsewhere where the advisors actually care to respond

I ordered my package on December 14 for Christmas I was aware that the package might have been delayed but it has been stuck in customs for 4 days now because they need information from the supplier I ve messaged them and still no answer In general a bad experience
