Assault by Cab Driver
This is the WORST cab company The cab driver physically assaulted us pushed and punched and tried to take our belongings because we queried the price of our fare We paid him but he wanted more but that was not part of the initial agreement at time of booking When we called the head office to complain and get help they just laughed at us and refused to call us back NEVER use this company unless you want to be traumatised

Ruined wedding transport
I have never come across a worse company I booked cabs to take wedding guests to a venue and booked them without exaggeration six weeks beforehand I had several confirmation emails and at least half a dozen phone calls they didn t turn up and one was assigned a driver when I called to ask where they were we had to get ubers please don t use these people or if you do expect to be disappointed I don t want to waste any more time on this company and I suggest that you don t

Totally UNRELIABLE pre-book service
Totally UNRELIABLE The booking in advance service is a joke taxis don t show and when you call DaraCars to enquire they ask you to wait further 20min or more while they find drivers What s the point of the prebook service then Save yourself a headache an book with someone else

Awful service Just use a different company
Pre booked a trip at 13 15 for a 19 00 pick up At 19 00 the app advised that a driver had been allocated but he was 15 minutes away Then each time I checked he was getting further away Called office and they said driver would be 8 minutes After 10 minutes called again and was told he was 8 to 10 minutes away A driver then called and said he had been allocated the job but was still on his previous job and would be 18 to 20 minutes So clearly I was being lied to After yet another call a cab suddenly arrived within 5 minutes So basically over 30 minutes late What is the point of pre booking if the bookings are ignored and why do the office staff just blatantly lie This isn t the first time that Data Cars have let me down and I won t be using them again Wouldn t recommend them to anyone They are rubbish

Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service Cab was booked for 5 45 well in advance we called at 5 45 and was told 20 mins 2 drivers were assigned and both disappeared when we called back after 20 mins they said it would be another 20 mins We cancelled and used an alternative but arrived late for my daughters birthday meal Never again

Pre booked cars failed to arrive
Another victim fallen for the pre booked taxi routine Booked a car over a week in advance for a journey home from the West End to Sidcup Left stood outside in minus temperatures for over 30 mins with Still no driver even assigned so other arrangements to get home were made It s easy to say I m never using them again as you may need a car home however in this instance I won t as after multiple let downs you can t get home We had 3 cars in our party that never arrived tonight Business wise you can t come back from that

Failed in providing a service
Previously used Data Cars rarely on time but I allow for this in the booking time Today pre-booked for an 8 15 pickup expecting to arrive 8 25 but nothing phone told minimum of 25 mins before a driver will be available 8 45 driver phones to say he will be at least 15 - 20 mins The appt being attended was 9 00 so the cab was so late I cancelled and found alternative transport Got told I had an attitude problem for being annoyed God help us paying customers

Dreadful experience
Cab booked for 3am and despite repeated calls from 2 55am until 3 30am our cab did not arrive Dreadfully let down with no explanation whatsoever Not the first time either it happened last year coming home Flight almost missed and saved by UBER who got a cab to us within 5 minutes Would never use them again and awaiting a full refund of monies paid

Dreadful service
Dreadful service Pre-booked due to train strike but kept being told driver was being assigned sorry for delay as they were very busy This was the very reason we pre-booked as we knew they would be busy so why weren t we made priority We were out in the freezing cold for over an hour eventually gave up found another cab Would NEVER use them again

Rubbish service - got an Uber
20 05 - booked a car20 10 - received WhatsApp message with detailsShortly after received a call from the driver to say he s be 9 minutes no problem 20 29 - further WhatsApp message to give details of a different carShortly after received a call from the driver saying he d be 8 minutes no problem20 48 - received WhatsApp message giving details of the original car again20 57 - received a text cancelling the car No responses to WhatsApp messages or text Ordered an Uber - there in 3 minutes What a waste of time
