When I ordered 2024-25 Sunday School Commentary thought I ordered the book The confirmation said digital Did not want digital However customer service sent a book Satisfied Still do not need digital copy

Fast shipping

I LOVE that the shipping was very fast Material is VERY good and appropriate for the age The thing I am not thrilled about is the quality of the books and prices very thin pages When I prepare for the lessons I like to highlight the lines it goes through on these pages I found in our church library some of your old materials and I love them thick and colorful Now thin and no color Also for the kids we have to buy 2 books now Preferably all in one book to save money The activity book for one page per lesson is way too expensive Please improve the quality of these helpful Sunday School materials

Excellent quick response due to delay in files being posted

Excellent quick response from the Customer Support and Web Teams We truly appreciate the work that your staff does to provide the tools that we use HOWEVER this is the second week in a row that I had to contact Customer Support because the ISSL files had not been posted by Thursday evening Typically the files are available earlier in the week to allow Sunday School Teachers more time to review as they prayerfully prepare to teach I certainly understand occasional technology challenges Is there anything that we need to do differently on our end

I find your website very convoluted

I find your website very convoluted I always have trouble finding activity sheets for the International curriculum but Melissa always helps me She s great I always purchase the pptx bundle so this time I ordered Winter and Spring 2025 but didn t realize Spring was 2024 until I downloaded it Duh Melissa informed me that it isn t yet available Why do you mix expired curriculum with current items Why would anyone order 2024 If there s a reason to list it can t you put it on an expired page Can I get a refund I got a prompt response and a refund When the website is cleaned up I ll change my rating to a 5 star Thanks Steve Minnich

Very kind But the extend of the help depends on who you talk to

The first person I spoke with was not super helpful She didn t add anything to what I had already read online However the second time I called the person was fantastic I think his name was Paul He helped me right away processed our tax-exempt request right away with the email I had sent before Explained to me how online call orders worked and even checked on me the following day to see if I had been able to purchase what I wanted

Our church has been purchasing this lesson books for years and I just recently took over as the person to place the orders Everyone has been very nice and helpfull to help me along this journey I have recently changed to getting our lesson books sent automatically Thank you for all your crudious help Donna Hulsey
