Great customer service
I ve placed a few orders with Debenhams and always received quality products Delivery was always smooth But recently I encountered a problem with delivery where my parcel was lost after being delivered as it had been left at an unsafe place I contacted Debenhams customer care and they immediately attended to my query STACY was really helpful She clearly stated what should be done and resolved my problem within a short time Thank you Stacy
