I have just bought an Omega Watch from Ramsdens I dealt with a gentleman called Angus Packer I d like to thank him for all your assistance from the start to now in getting the watch too me and sorting a little issue I had with the watches box basically replacing it It s been a pleasure dealing with him and thank you for the professional and speedy way you ve dealt with the whole process It s a breath of fresh air to deal with someone for a change that says I can sort that straight away rather than someone who try s to shift blame or just say no Angus you are an asset to your company I also appreciate the support from the Stockton-On-Tees staff who dealt with me in person polite and welcoming I word recommend dealing with them and I certainly will in the future
