Bed and mattress for a teenager

Our Salesman Craig was very helpful but not pushy I explained what we needed and we were encouraged to go and lie on the beds mattresses to see which ones best met our needs

The store was so welcoming in its decor We were welcomed by a member of staff and NOT pounced on The displays of furniture and the quality of the furniture was excellent The member of staff Mathew was professional polite and friendly and helped enormously with our purchase

Very helpful advice in store not pushy Given time to consider purchase along with sample books to take away Sofa bed came quickly and delivery was also speedy As always very pleased with the service from this local independent store

Absolutely great find

Happened to stumble across Carters furniture store in March we were after a wing back chair but wanted a real statement piece we had looked and tried out a few others in different places but they just weren t comfy or particularly well made and the old saying you only get what you pay for and buy cheap buy twice Well we found one Ashley served us and is a credit to the company he was so patient we were there about three hours choosing the right colour etc It was a long wait as it had to be made to our specifications We finally had the call and picked up our stunning new chair today Even the warehouse lads wanted to see what it looked like so we had a sneaky peek before we took it away I think they liked it We are now buying a new dining suite from them Well worth a visit and lots of choice Thank you Ashley and Carters for a great shopping experience
