Disappointed
Purchased new team netball dresses even if I had purchased the 8 still would have been too big I am a large 10 so bought a size 10 and 12 as because the measurements were big I presumed the material was stiff and this is the size I normally wear Everyone said the same we now have to have them all altered I tried to wash at 90 degrees but didn t shrink The measurements are correct on the website and the material is stretchy too so whatever size you are normally YOU NEED TO GO DOWN TWO SIZES if you buy so I would have needed a size 6 Decathlon should review their sizing immediately Thanks for responding but there is no way to respond on the website and a contact number or email would have been good so I could have responded We purchased Gilbert last time and I wish we had done the same again They were ace

The customisation options offered for the kits are excellent providing great value for money without compromising on quality The pricing is competitive yet reasonable and the overall product meets high standards The customer service team at Decathlon Club is exceptionally friendly and attentive with special mention to Summer who handled our order with professionalism and care We would definitely consider using their services again for future orders

Very helpful staff when ordering 15 custom made youth football kits Summer went out of her way to call and email me with updates throughout the whole process The Decathlon Team also were very helpful assisting when I had a small issue with the delivery

Excellent service from Decathlon and in particular Alex Despite a very tight deadline they went out of their way to fulfill the order on time Great kit good quality and at a very reasonable cost Whole process from start to finish was very professional Really can t ask for more
